I give this rating simply because of how they cheat their customers! Today and another occasion I have paid cash for my order and when my change is due I've been told "sorry we have no pennies". Today I asked the cashier well who did you short you or myself? She tells me you. I said no you don't. How do you make me pay more for my order because you are not prepared with proper or enough change like it makes absolutely no sense why I should be okay getting my change shorted. I don't care if it's 1 cent or 5 it's mine and you don't have the right to keep my money. Can I come short them when I don't have it? How many people did they steal from when they withheld their change because they didn't have it? I spoke to the manager her first rebuttal was how much was it a penny? That's not the point cause if its just a penny why didn't you take the short? Then she wanted to blame the bank instead of acknowledging that this practice with withholding peoples correct change is not right. She then says ok I'll tell her to give out more money. She missed the whole point. Just treat your paying customers correctly...
Read moreA friend and I were ordering coffee and I ordered A small decaf coffee and A sandwich. Then we happen to see the six dollar deal where we can get a medium coffee, a sandwich and hash brown just for six dollars so we asked her to cancel the small decaf coffee and get two of the deals. Then we paid for our stuff, as we go to the other side to get the drinks. It just so happens that they made the small decaf coffee and I said that we got the medium one instead and they were going back-and-forth in the back trying to figure out the order and the woman who took our order let the other lady know who was making drinks that that small decaf got canceled. She got angry and was being rude to us and was like “I hate when they cancel people always cancel cancel cancel” but my thing is why would you make a drink before we even paid for it. So she flipped her head off, slammed it down and was angry and talking to herself. I placed my order at 9:16am and had to cancel around 10ish. In between that time, after finding my order was delayed I made a call to the store. No one picks up my call after calling twice.
I worked in similar settings, so I understand football traffic, and how it can affect the time orders came out. I would like to break this down, fast food usually is simple; structured recipes, everything is frozen and reheated. Reheating takes no longer than 2 minutes in my experience, and for anything at a drinks bar should average 3-4 minutes (that’s being generous).
I really wanted to know what’s up with this store. I mostly wanted to see if they were open, but also how has the other patrons experiences been. I think it’s fair to say that this team needs to be gutted, because the reviews reflecting their past interactions with customers is purely embarrassing...
