These sandwiches were unexpectedly amazing. I just stopped by for a quick bite to eat and was pleasantly surprised with an unreal chopped cheese. The owner, Travis, was so patient and informative as I have not had many chop cheese sandwiches before but his were truly unmatched as he cared whole heartedly about the ingredients he uses in his food. 10/10...
