This is a great Middle Eastern spot. The staff is attentive and friendly. They are family ran and work hard to provide quality food. I have been here several times now and the consistency is always on par. The food serving size is fair in comparison to the pricing. The menu choices are plentiful. reading some of the negative reviews on here are unfair in my opinion. Most importantly, the quality of food they use is incredible, the ground beef, the lamb, and the filet are tender, not grisly, and not full of fat. The chicken has come out so tender and tasty every time. I highly recommend AZ Kabob house to everyone! Pictures to come on my next visit! A little tip. This location faces slightly offset and it's easy to drive by and misses the sign. Use the chiropractor just east of it as a reference or Mr. mesquites tacos to the left of it. I find its best to park on the east side of the building. This is about a 20-yard walk west to the business entrance, but you won't have to drive around for 10 minutes looking for a parking spot. You will not be...
Read moreIt's widely agreed a diner would come to a restaurant for the quality of the food, which in the case of AZ Kabob is sadly the main let down. The classic Koobideh is made of beef and not lamb, and only comes with one skewer, (which is not the norm in an Iranian restaurant in the UK or Iran for that matter). As for using beef, I'm a little confused as to why. The usual grilled tomato served in the side was also severely under done and almost raw, which again goes against the usually blackened juicy ones I'd expect. Finally, my daughter ordered a side of fried (she's young) and they arrived looking more anaemic than Brad Pitt in Interview with the Vampire. However, the staff seemed friendly and pleasant enough, and the restaurant is clean and well decorated in the interior. Overall, the food was disappointing, but maybe I caught them on an off day, and I will try the other...
Read moreI am going to start off with the good. I found this place to be very clean. The veggies were quite fresh. The young lady who took our order was pleasant as well. Unfortunately, she only asked my wife to pick her side and just gave me the same. I would have liked to try the fries. The Gyro was basic, just the same old gyro meat everyone else has. The beef shwarma was fine, just more of a stewed meat, not a steak type meat, which I understand is most likely a regional thing or a taste issue. I prefer the steak style. There is nothing that is going to bring me back here. Best of luck, though, in all endeavors to you...
