First time at Coconuts. Ordered Fish & Chips. Fish uncooked and I called to let manager know. No MOD when I called. Told me to call back. Called back the next day. Was told manager couldn't talk and they would call me back (took my info). No return call! Called again the next day because after three days NO return call. Manager still not available. Finally called back later that afternoon, "Cher", the manager/owner couldn't have been more rude! Immediately attacked me with her words. Worst customer service experience. Asked me "what exactly do you need since you've called 3 times." When I proceeded to tell her and couldn't remember someone's name I spoke with she said, "carry on". I told her how rude she was and then she decided to tell me her employee said I was rude! I wasn't rude but what manager or owner says that to a customer? Not to mention "carry on" and "since I've called 3 times". I wouldn't have needed to call 3 times if someone had the decency to call me back. After I told her the fish was uncooked she went on to tell me the "millions of meals they have made". I don't care how many millions of meals they have served. I don't care about the number of successful times people have been served, I know that mine wasn't cooked. Instead of apologizing and asking what she could do, she said, "what exactly is the end game?" At that point I hung up on her after calling her a rude *! Never have I been treated like that before from a manager. I didn't even criticize the food but now that I'm here....it was sub-par, at BEST. Not good at all and given the service I won't go back and be sure to pass on her nastiness towards me to others. She clearly can't take any criticism because if you read other reviews that aren't perfect, she always has a excuse instead of an apology. She...

Edit: and their seafood pasta is just a big pile of greasy butter
Edit 2: I understand maintaining a serene atmosphere is important in a dining establishment. However, while young children can indeed be energetic, they also are learning how to navigate public spaces, and it is important for establishments to foster a welcoming environment for all age groups. Regarding your offer to share the camera footage, I find it a bit overboard and an invasion of privacy, to say the least. It is disappointing to experience such an aggressive overall stance from a business owner.
And also regarding the seafood pasta, it remains that the dish was not up to par, and feedback on it is as valid as any other customer review. It is unfortunate that we had a less than stellar experience at your restaurant, and even more so that the response has been thus far unempathetic. I had hoped for better understanding and politeness from business owners in handling genuine...
Read moreUsually I write lengthy reviews. Tonight I shall try to be succinct. I visited this place today when I had very little time. But, the temptation of Fish Tacos was more than I could bear. I ordred for Take Out and asked if I could sit down. 'Certainly' was the answer and I sat at a table while I waited - I didn't have to clutter the counter area up by standing around, as if I were, well, cluttering up the place. My order arrived in very good time considering the fact the place was lunchtime busy. Oh, bliss. These are Fish Tacos to be savoured, not scoffed down quickly before racing to one's 1pm appointment. Supposedly on a strict diet, I didn't eat all the tacos. Even so, I had plenty and more than enough to spare. Little bits of mango and yummy coconuty scrumptiousness and generous pieces of fish. For a moment in time, I was in heaven. I am so impressed that even when rushed off their feet, the service is friendly and the food - well the Fish Tacos anyway, delicious. I'm going back for Fish and Chips next week. Oh dear, I went on and on...
