Hot N Juicy Crawfish — Restaurant in Phoenix

Yea I tried to give the spot one last try because I loved the restaurant that much and a huge fan of seafood boil but nope; this is the last time I’ll try this location. The food sent me to the bathroom this time. Idk if it’s because I ordered so late but again, lack of flavor and thickness in the sauce. Sauce basically looked like doodoo water. Tried adding a video of how watery the sauce was with barely any seasonings n lack of garlic but for some reason, it wasn’t letting me. Idk what went wrong with this location but something or someone definitely changed. I just knew I shouldn’t have tried it again. I’ll see if the other locations are any better.

I’m honestly getting tired of feeling like I’m wasting my money ordering takeout from here. I just ordered tonight and I am so disappointed, yet again. The bag barely has any sauce and the sauce is also so light & watery like watered down sauce, and it barely has any good flavor; the rice I ordered was also very mushy. The sauce used to be chunkier and more flavorful. This is the 3rd time I’ve been disappointed with how the food taste. This place used to be my favorite seafood boil spot because of the flavor. Decided to go out of our way coming back from Sedona to try this place, what a huge disappointment, I guess I should have known by the number of people in the restaurant, in this huge space there were only three other families in the restaurant. There was no one to greet us at door once we were inside and suddenly after a minute someone showed up. Got to our table waitress came asked if we wanted drinks my granddaughter asked for a Shirley temple, was told they don't make that, then time to order, but wait... They were out of all crabs except snow crab, of course, based on that we opted not to eat seafood, my friend who is visiting decided to have the chicken wing basket and my granddaughter had the fish basket, we were told they only have plain wings but you could add Cajun seasoning if she wanted but they couldn't give it to her on the side, they brought her wings out and only two was recognisable and looked like wings the others was something else, asked the waitress she says that's just how they make them, I just looked at her in disbelief... So basically you are going to piss in my face and call it rain... Never again, y'all just set up shops in our communities, serve us what you want and expect people to pay good money for a inferior product as high as things are in this world today? No sir I am no longer apart...

I love this Hot N Juicy Crawfish location, but my last visit was beyond disappointing. My girlfriend, her father, her brother, and I came in on Sunday the 9th around 6:00 PM to celebrate a very special occasion--her father reconnecting with them after 10 years apart. She had been raving about this place to him, saying he would absolutely love it.

When we arrived, it was busy, so we expected a wait. That was fine. After a short wait, we were seated, and the host told us someone would be with us soon. But that never happened.

We waited and waited--no drinks, no bucket on the table, not even a greeting from our server. Meanwhile, a party that was seated after us got their drinks, then their food, while we were completely ignored. Employees kept walking past us as if we weren't even there. Other tables were turning over, customers were leaving, yet not a single employee acknowledged us.

After 30 minutes of being ignored, we had no choice but to leave. This was supposed to be a meaningful celebration, and instead, it was ruined by terrible service. I'm incredibly disappointed. I really hope management addresses this, because no one should ever have to experience this kind...
