Bahama Buck's - Phoenix (E Greenway Road) — Restaurant in Phoenix

Came in today (5/8/24) at 9:20pm and ordered a large blue razz and cherry with tropic creme shaved ice. I also paid for extra syrup to be put into the ice since sometimes there are patches of ice with no flavor inside. When I was eating mine the first bite into my snow was literally just snow. I finally got to the flavor parts and then down to the lid part was all just snow with no flavoring at all through out the entire cup. I went back inside and asked if they were able to just add more flavor inside of the cup and showed them my snow that I got. I said it may have been packed too tight. The girl brought it back to the other girl making the snows and then threw mine away. They started arguing about throwing my snow away and then proceeded to ask me 4 times what flavor I had and then the girl and guy working were making rude comments about the snow I ordered and the flavor. Then the guy asked if I ordered a flat top and I said no and he gave me a weird look like I was lying. Then the girl making the snow asked what size I had ordered if it was a small or regular size. I told her I ordered a large and she rolled her eyes and went back to making my order. I usually love going to Bahama Buck’s because of the snow and their customer service but I was extremely disappointed with the service and product I got from this location. I’ve never been to a Bahama Buck’s where their employees are extremely rude, especially about fixing an issue that I paid extra for additional syrup to ensure this wouldn’t happen. They did end up remaking it and giving me what I paid for but due to the terrible interaction I had with the staff I felt obligated to leave this unfortunate review and rating. Hopefully they do better in the future with others so they do not drive away...

Staff was overwhelmed and absolutely disappointed/ disgusted at my arrival to the drive through just before the store closed for the night. If they don’t want customers showing up during the normal posted business hours then they should seriously consider changing the business hours in order to eliminate guests arriving while they are still open. If your business is open until 10:00 pm then orders should be taken until 9:59.59 without any hesitation or any inconvenience to the employees that are on the stores closing schedule. Not only that but they should be trained on how to properly soft close the store in a way that way the orders that are received and still being made can be made properly without any issues due to them closing the stores stations early. My drinks were all made without any effort or care and in three of my drinks there was foreign objects in them that did not look like ingredients that belonged. Not only that but due to them closing out registers early my payment was an issue because they had to run it at another register. The lack of care or concern for my orders quality was unsettling and I would ask kindly that the franchise owners take some serious thought into retraining their staff or firing the staff that are not there to help the store gain repeat business that would be profitable...

If I could give this place 0 stars I would I came here to pick up a door dash order at 8:30pm and was met with this lovely sign on the door that said lobby closed due to being short staffed the drive through was open the order was ready for pickup and the drive through line was about 5 cars deep. So as I waited in the drive thru lane another car full of teenagers pulled up and got out they went up to the door waved at the cashier and and the cashier proceeded to open up the doors let them in serve them and allow them to sit in the lobby. I then pulled out of the drive through and tried to knock on the door as well and showed them my Uber eats order details on my phone the cashier gestured to the drive thru which was now 6 cars long and shrugged, I could see my Uber eats order as well, the teens she had just let in 2 mins early sat in the corner laughing. They were short staffed but had 3 other people in the back? Terrible service please pick another bahama bucks cause they have great ice but this was the worst thing I have ever...
