Brennan's Pub & Grub — Restaurant in Phoenix

Food was good, service was okay. Would have been 4 or 5 stars but I ordered wings and I got the 12 wings and asked for 2 flavors. Our waitress was new but didn't write anything down.

It came out as the same flavor but whatever no big deal. A food runner dropped them off and I didn't see our waitress for awhile and I'm not a big complainer.

My complaint came when I got my bill and my wings were $3 more than they were supposed to be. The waitress told me it's because I got two flavors. I wasn't aware that I would be charged for an extra flavor and it didn't say anywhere on the menu. I wouldn't have minded but they didn't even come out as different flavors.

She went to talk to the manager but the manager said they couldn't do anything and I should have said something when it came out.

We stopped in here for the first time for a late lunch. Bar food done right! The Reuben was perfect and I had a southwest melt that was just the perfect flavor, both were cooked to perfection. The Reuben was toasted perfectly with the cheese, dressing and sauerkraut all melded together and the corned beef was tender and had great flavor. The Southwest melt conjured up ideas of a patty melt with southwest flair and what I got was so much more! The meat was sliced beef that was tender and seasoned perfectly. The green chili sauce was perfect not too saucy with large chucks of chilies. The fries are crispy and delish! Topped off with a cold kilt lifter for a perfect pub meal! Everything Seemed to be going great. When I was there with a couple of the regulars, then I decided to play pool with Apparently a couple of regulars and I beat them. And they were not very happy about that. And the bartender acted like a complete a** about the whole thing. I tried to go to the bathroom.The people I paid pool with wouldn't let me in the bathroom and the bartender told me I had to leave. Good time. And the best thing about it was the bar.Tender told me first before he kicked me out if I didn't like it.There's a bathroom on the other side of the bar.This is far from done I hope somebody that matters...
