I haven’t been to a Starbucks in years, but the other morning, at 5 AM, I found myself pulling into the drive-through on a whim. I wasn’t expecting much—just a quick coffee to get me going—but what I got was something even better: a fantastic experience, thanks to an incredible barista named Kennedy.
From the moment I rolled up to the window, Kennedy’s energy and infectious smile completely turned my morning around. Her enthusiasm was genuine, her kindness was effortless, and she had this way of making me feel like a regular, even though I hadn’t been to Starbucks in ages.
It’s rare to come across someone who can make such a simple interaction so memorable, but Kennedy did just that. She reminded me how much of a difference a positive attitude can make, especially in those early morning hours when the world is just waking up.
If you’re looking for a great way to start your day, I highly recommend stopping by—especially if you’re lucky enough to have Kennedy take your order! Starbucks, you’ve got a gem...
Read moreI have been going to Starbucks for years because I have a milk allergy and I know that I can get drinks with other options without worrying about my allergies. Today we ordered two drinks both with no whip and one with coconut milk. I ended up receiving the drink with cream and didn't realize it until the drink was in my mouth. The other drink had whip on top and the cashier decided to just scoop it off and hand it back. We just wanted to bring it to her attention. After we left we realized that we also didn't receive our madelines 😖 It was Saturday at noon! This isn't prime time. It shouldn't be an issue. It could have just been that one person was having a bad day, but just be mindful with checking...
Read moreThe reason I don't go to Starbucks anymore. Today I talked to probably the worst Starbucks Manager ever Kyle. Today being my birthday and I asked Kyle the store manager about the freebie drink you get when it is your birthday. Instead of him saying happy birthday or something close to customer service; he said "If it dosent show up your app with something I can scan, I can't do anything about it". I showed him my app, and he proceeds to repead about the same thing with a robotic tone to his voice. Asked him his name and left. I went to the Starbucks down the street, showed them my app and were it says. "Celebrate with a birthday treat from us on Sept 24". Bam, she asked me what I wanted and got a genuine happy birthday. I might just send this to Brian Niccol. The little details is what really matters. Thank you second store on Greenway and 40th st!...
