Brother's Pizza — Restaurant in Phoenix

If I could rate a ZERO, I would. First of all, let's talk about their bathroom. The sewer odor is overwhelming. If you go in there to wash your hands or use the restroom (or go in the hallway to the restroom) , you will lose your appetite or want to vomit. It's that bad! Second of all, let's talk about the dust in this pizzeria. There is layers of dust on the vents, ceiling fans and lots of dirt on the tables. seats and floors. I wouldn't be surprised if this place had mold in and around their appliances and dining room. Lastly, their food used to be great but now become very stingy, for example: the steak, onion, cheese sandwich should be called onion and cheese sandwich, because you get barely any steak and mostly just onions and cheese. If you don't emphasize your special order, ie: meat/chicken well done; Brother's Pizza will undercook it. It's unbelievable the things this place gets away with. Another concern of mine is that this place can easily overcharge and rip you off without you even knowing it. For example, you can order the lunch sandwich special in the afternoon, and they won't even give you the free drink that is suppose to come with it but will easily overcharge you for the "free" drink. I feel this place could really turn it all around if they put some effort into maintaining their facility and improving their quality of food but I don't think that's in the near future. They could even care less if a toddler was injured from their wobbled and dirty high chairs. I am so surprised that the Health Dept. hasn't come to inspect...

Nothing Special at this restaurant! To begin they have 4 different menus which has conflicting prices. The price of food does not match the quality of pizza or wings especially not the caliber of New York or Chicago style Pizza. Honestly a better pizza and deal can be purchased across the street at Dominos for half the price better quality. The food overall tastes as if it was frozen food as it tasted very bland. The the pizza was bland the toppings were generic as the wing sauce was normal. The wings were over fried and tasted dry as well as the pizza. They charge $1 for every topping over the price of the pizza. They only give 1 ranch per 10 wings and want to charge additional for another ranch. They try to make it seem as the wings come with the pizza as a combo deal but it's not the case. They clump them together and charge for both of them. The pricing of the food opens up to different places like grimaldi and spinatos which are real quality pizza restaurants. Case and point If its gonna be extra thin crust make it crispy not to where you have to fold a slice of pizza in two and its still soggy (droops). You are riding the "name" (franchise) of authentic "New York Italian style pizza" and a brand but not producing the results it should be. Produce better quality or lower your prices substantially. It does not appear that there are no visible restrooms as well and if there is mark where...

i came back here two more days in a row. second day was also great, but the third time (today) it was pretty bad. tasted like when you get individual slices and it’s cooked twice, and whereas the first two pizzas were clearly made with love and care, this one was slapped together and it tasted about 15% as good as it had. so depending on when you order, it may be the best pizza you’ve ever had or one of the most mediocre pizzas you’ve ever had. lowering my former perfect 5 stars for 3.

um, just straight up amazing pizza. the kind of pizza that tastes just as good cold because it has flavor unto itself. excellent cheese and the sauce rules, it’s almost got a very slight spice to it, a welcome change over most places disgustingly sweet sauce. crust so good i actually eat most of the end pieces because it’s like delicious soft bread with that nice watery element to it. when Palermo’s closed i was super sad but this tastes exactly the same and honestly a little better. went during the quarantine and everyone was courteous and taking precautions, face masks while dealing with customers and all. can’t wait to order another one soon....
