My friend and I got hungry at 2PM this Sunday. We decided on wings and decided to order a bundle on your App. We got the bundle And it was going to be ready at 2:20pm. We went there after grabbing McDonaldâs for her kids and when I arrived I was greeted by Justina. I told her I was here for an order for Axel. She confirmed my last name but my order was gone. It was not pending or being made it was gone. She said my order was âmisplacedâ and she proceeding in having them make another. She said it would be done In a few minutes. I went outside to inform my friend that our food was swiped. Two ladies walked past me from the back as I sat down to wait. I noticed they had a sign saying they had to certify phone number or name to pick up food, because of too many thefts. A few minutes quickly became 20. The girls that went out to throw trash I presume came back and weâre chit chatting. I asked one of them if I could get the corporate office number to which her reply was âwhy?â I informed her my food was delayed as it was to be ready at 2:20 and it was now 2:46. I didnât even get to finish my explanation to her question, when she uttered âit was ready 25 minutes ago, we are remaking it now.â As she walked off, no eye contact or care. No apologies, no empathy, just a quick jab at me telling me it was âreadyâ. I am sorry but I paid for it to be ready, I did everything in my responsibility as a customer to purchase the product, I pod the take out fee. I even tipped them because itâs courteous to tip even though they are not serving me. This mattered not to Sarah who I found out was the GM later. Justina came back to me with the food and I told her that Sarah was very rude. Justina had a manager name tag so I advised her that Sarah was short with me when asking a question. She apologized and told me she was just a shift leader and Sarah was the actual GM. Thatâs even worse I told her, making a customer feel undervalued. I love buffalo wild win game but this interaction made me feel terrible. I understand someone stole my food, I donât understand why itâs out and accessible to everyone. Specially in an area where stealing food happens a lot, as their sign indicates. Itâs not their fault or mine but the attitude is key. I will never return to this location and frankly will reconsider any location at this point. I did not expect to be disrespected at a carry out place of all places.    Read moreDecided to go here for lunch, ordered online and had a lousy experience with the service. I had an order that was suppose to be ready at 12:40pm. I managed to get to this place right on time and was greeted by two empty registers. I spent close to 10 minutes waiting to be helped by someone since their sign said "see cashier". I could hear someone in the back moving things around, so I figured they were finishing my order. I was willing to wait. Someone eventually came out from the kitchen and pulled my order from the box and slid it across the counter. I proceeded to tell them that i was not able to add a side of ranch on the online ordering system. So they charged me $.65, which i didnt mind. I paid them a dollar. I walked away to grab my drink, expecting the cashier to have provided me the ranch i just ordered while i did so. Instead they wished me a good day and walked back into the kitchen. So i left under the impression that everything was in the bag. When i got back to my office, which i was late due to the excessive waiting, i digged through my bag to find NO RANCH.    Read moreI called to place a pick up order for âCauliflower Wingsâ the employee put me on hold and a man picked up and asked me what I wanted to order. I said again, âcauliflower wingsâ he said they donât have that and did I mean Cauliflower? I said yes the cauliflower wings. He said thatâs not what they are called and I said, ok place the order for what ever they are called. He was rude and condescending. When I came in to pick up my order he, his name is Sergio, was again very rude and when I said there was no ranch he tried to charge me and said they donât give them out. I told him I have ordered from this location several times and they always give me 2 ranch for the small order and 4 for the large order and again he said I was wrong. I then explained why he corrected me on the phone when I was simply ordering what the item is called on the menu. He said I was still wrong since they are not âwingsâ I told him how am I wrong when I am simply reciting what the menu says. I felt like he was trying to make me feel stupid and what ever small amount of authority he was given had gone to his head. I told him he was proving bad customer service for telling me I was wrong, when again, I was only reciting exactly what the menu states. I will not be ordering from this location.
