Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in Phoenix

I spent $35 on two meals. I ordered in the app at exactly 8PM and picked it up in less than 10 minutes. I couldn’t get unsweetened iced tea although I had already paid. The fries were cold, I handed them back through the drive thru window, and the chicken sandwich looked as though it had been made at 6PM if not much earlier. This is the hand breaded chicken sandwich! It wasn’t even crispy! SOGGY but also HARD in places, and this is the second one. I returned the FIRST ONE. They refused to make me a fresh one! They refused to make me FRESH FRIES! I will never return. I’m guessing they turned off the fryers, because I sent the chicken sandwich back and got another that was cold, soggy in some places and hard in others, yet wasn’t even warm. NO! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION! When you pay over $35 for two meals, you expect it to be recently made. I have complained to corporate regarding my experience tonight. This is unacceptable! DO NOT ASSUME SWEETENED RASPBERRY ICE TEA IS THE SAME AS UNSWEETENED ICED TEA! NO SUGAR TEA IS NOT THE SAME AS UNSWEETENED TEA! One of the few reasons I go to Carl’s Jr. is so I can get a brewed unsweetened iced tea, but I’m done now, as I’m unwilling to put up with cold fries and food made hours before I ordered it. This hard and soggy, cold, hand breaded chicken sandwich is hours old and the employees knew it! Absolutely DISGUSTING! I waited in the drive-through and in the front for over one hour and five minutes. The young lady that worked the drive-through window in the night time last night was very rude and disrespectful. They did my sandwich three times and they still didn’t get it right after I asked for my money back, and I did not want the phone no more she close the window on me. She told me one second, and never returned, cleaned the window around me. Mopped swept and never came back to the Window. Call the police because. She stole my money and never gave me my money back that I originally gave her tried to contact the store multiple times to talk to a manager. I do have the police report because the police did show up and nobody’s contacted me back she stole my money. She took the receipt back inside told me she was gonna give me my money and never returned. Waited outside. They finally closed up and walked right by me, got into their car and left. Last night me and my husband went to Carl's junior to get some food for dinner and we encountered the rudest staff that I've met here in a long time! They were disrespectful they were snappy they were rude and they didn't get our order right! We got home and had to Immediately turn back around and go back because our French fries were ice cold and they had missed part of our order completely! So when I went in there they were incredibly disrespectful giving me looks looking me up-and-down and all I asked them to do was replace the fries and give me the rest of my order. They proceeded to stand behind the counter and talk amongst themselves about us and were just incredibly incredibly incredibly rude! I would give it a -0 if I could!
