Everything was perfect, the Customer Service from Stephen, the food quality was made very quick and hot and fresh, all the customizations were made perfectly. Nice music in the eating area, almost didnt feel like I was at walmart, I’ve been hesitant to go to this location because it’s inside Walmart on 19th Ave. and Bell, but I always do my research and check reviews before I go to any restaurant and for the past couple of months they have had five star reviews from everyone, nowadays Customer Service seems to be out the window at most restaurants. I used to go to Charlie’s Philly cheesesteaks on 27th Ave. And Agua Fria for years and the past couple of years and months and weeks that place has gone downhill, they don’t even have managers on staff half the time, just a bunch of kids that don’t care to be there, and are not friendly to the customers. I’m so glad I gave this Charlie’s location a chance, it is five minutes away from me compared to 15 minutes away to the other location. Read moreWaited a few and had employees just looking at me at the front counter. No one greeted or say they would be right with me. So non useful employees. Your better off waking in, ordering from the website for pick up. Pay the same and get it done just as fast. That seems to get their attention.
Update: as I waited for my drinks I ordered online myself since me waiting in front of the register doesn’t help, another customer walked up and was instantly welcomed and helped. Getting a free ice cream and having the rest of the employees join in their conversation. Where is the zero stars...

That happens on occasion, however, it’s how the manager handled it that made all the difference. Dorian (hope I spelled that correct) made it right.
