Chim Banh Mi — Restaurant in Phoenix

I didn't realize this was a grab and go restaurant. I just looked up banh mi on Google maps and navigated to the closest one. I was hoping for a dine in place but this was fine. The concept is really cool. Your food is waiting for you in a locker and you click a link they send to your phone and the locker opens. You grab your food and go. I'll definitely do this again on my lunch break at work. My only complaint is that it's a bit pricey. The sandwich was delicious and stuffed with meat and veggies. You couldn't ask for more at a banh mi shop.

Lemongrass Beef was a little bit on the chewy side, although the marinade tasted great. The Banh Mi itself was definitely lacking the slight crisp and airiness I expect and hope for.
