Update: 5-21-25 : Decided to try it again and no surprise still not up to par. Not going to keep going to this location rather drive out a little further then go here. They must train their employees to put on the least amount of everything to cut cost. Again, I understand as a business you’re trying to keep cost down. But this is just plain ridiculous. Enough that the girl in front of me complained about the amount of chicken the guy put on. When I get up there, he gets a big scoop of chicken and then dumps it again and grabs a smaller one. I asked for extra chicken he grabs even smaller amount then before. I didn’t want to fight so I said nothing. I appreciate everyone’s work especially the ones that really try but something must be wrong with that locations training. Everybody’s just counting the seconds from getting out of there.
I know chipotle has to cut down on cost. This is ridiculous though the gentleman that made my chicken bowl to go loaded a ton of rice almost no beans gets about half a scoop of chicken sprinkles part of it on and then dump the rest back into the tray. I told him I’ll get an extra scoop of chicken grabs another scoop and does the same thing again I look at him and he just keeps looking at me like I’m crazy. I said nothing so I don’t believe in being that guy specially in line. And it’s awkward to call somebody out for that while you’re there. I understand inflation is up and they have to cut cost, but I used to have a friend that worked at chipotle and she said that the standard is 4 ounces of chicken. I get it I understand part of it, but none of the chipotles are the same. Sometimes I get more at one chipotle than another. Maybe they should just create a spoon for me that proportion wise instead of just guessing. Some employees are generous while others are super skimpy. Gentleman wasn’t very nice. Either seem to be annoyed as soon as I got up to the line. I believe in treating people in the food industry with a lot of respect and being polite because they handle our food. Chipotle is a huge company and they should have a company standard. Similar to Dutch Bros where every single time you go to Dutch Brothers to get outstanding customer service and they go above and beyond to get your items. Yeah, they might ask you what you’re doing for the day but I’ll have good service and have them asked me about my day then to pay a ton of money for just...
Read moreHonestly, I have never had an issue with this location. My only complaint has been that they don’t give good amount of portions. But tonight they just pushed it too far. I’m a very patient person and don’t ever complain. I am also I. Customer service so I know how it’s like. But there’s no reason to be ignorant and rude. My husband and I went to chipotle tonight to just order a meal after a long day, as soon as we walked in and saw the team we know there was going to be an issue. The team seemed irritated, unmotivated and you can just tell they were ready to end the day. Which I can also understand. But, my concern was when they started to take out their frustrations with customers. Again I understood so I just kept to my own. But once it was our turn they notified me that there was no chicken so I went with barbacoa instead. I also said I wanted a quesorito but instead she went ahead and gave me a quesadilla. I was t sure what happened at first until my husband pointed out that they were not going to add anything else. And once I confronted them about it it was a different girl. She seemed annoyed that I told her that they got my order wrong. And she went to heat up the tortilla she raised her voice at me and I decided to leave. Apparently I am an inconvenience here so I know I’m just a number but I will NOT be returning to this location I would go out my way to make sure I’m treated with respect as much as I gave them. I’m fairly disappointed. I hope this night crew gets proper training before...
Read moreMy recent visit to this restaurant was deeply disappointing, not just because of the food and service, but also due to the apparent lack of professionalism from the management, specifically Mariah the store manager and Joshue the assistant manager.
During my visit, I couldn’t help but notice how the management spoke to their staff in a condescending and disrespectful tone. It was uncomfortable to witness, especially when an employee seemed unwell and was clearly struggling. Instead of showing empathy or offering support, the management appeared dismissive and unsympathetic. This kind of treatment toward employees is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the establishment.
On top of that, the food was mediocre at best. The overall atmosphere felt tense, which made the dining experience unpleasant.
I believe a restaurant’s success relies not only on the quality of its food but also on how it treats its staff. The way employees are treated directly impacts the customer experience, and in this case, it was a major letdown. I hope the higher ups and owners of this establishment takes this feedback seriously and works on creating a more respectful and supportive environment...
