I have two concerns today concern number one I am allergic to soy milk so I asked to replace it with oat milk and I was charged $.75 extra. I should not be charged extra for having allergies. My second concern is more important than the first one my server today Iliana H had a poor attitude and seemed frustrated that she had to service someone so early in the morning as I arrived at 7:18 AM. She didn’t smile once during my entire visit. I don’t think she realizes the impact she has on the company being that she is the face of Jamba when customers walk in. If you all are reading this, I hope someone coaches her sooner than later before you lose more customers like myself. Although I won’t blame Jamba For iliana’s very poor customer service and bad experience, I do expect for them to get it corrected so if I pay this location, another visit that I will actually want...

I wanted to tropical waffle and she ends up giving me the açaí tropical and I tell her this isn’t what I wanted and she twisted my words saying I said acai like no I didn’t so I had to buy an other one.. so I wasted just 23$ on me and I didn’t even eat the açaí one.. so an other girl took my order and oh my their attitudes were insane.. so I make sure they get the right one and she asked if I wanted Greek yogurt or coconut whip and I say Greek yogurt and the homegirl literally said it back to me and I don’t know if they was trying to be funny but they put coconut whip… like it’s not there money it’s my damn money I’m wasting and there was no one there and you telling me you couldn’t get my order right.
