We walked in early Saturday evening about 45 min before they close. We had just been next door at Frasher's Smokehouse & after the food was delivered to our table, a few bites taken, we walked out. If you want to know why you'll have to read my review for Frasher's. I had eaten breakfast at one of the d'Lite locations years ago & remember it being good. We were hungry & even though my sister was nervous about the "Healthy" term in their title, I convinced her to give it a try. The place was empty, it took a minute before the employees noticed someone walked in the door - but that was fine as it gave us time to look through their rather extensive menu. Point of note, "healthy" doesn't mean tofu, sprouts, vegan stuff so don't let the name deter you from trying d'Lite. Healthy also means organic & locally grown foods, in addition to recycling. We had a good laugh with the young lady behind the counter, telling her how bad Frasher's was & why we were now at d'Lite. She was extremely polite, happy, and carried on a conversation with us. We ordered the Croissant 'Wich and Turkey Avocado Club, along with their detox juice. When I exclaimed happily "they recycle", that gal mentioned the owners are into not destroying Mother Earth ... then she hands us plastic straws. So now I say to the owners, banish the straws. :-) The food came out hot and both sandwiches were very good. The detox juice was from a Tempe company; it was made w/ pineapple, apple, spinach, and kale - heavy on the pineapple. From a non-spinach or kale loving person, it was also tasty. All in all, I would totally visit d'Lite again.

I am only giving a 2 because I love there food, but this location's quality and service starts my morning off very poor. This is the 3rd time that I ordered a breakfast buzz and they shorted me. I'm not one to write negative reviews, but the management needs to do better training or change the way they operate to maintain their brand and stay busy. They are already pricey, so getting shorted is aggravating. The first time it happened, I watched them just pour more almond milk in it and shook it around to make it look like the drink was more than it was. IT still wasn't full and now watered down. The manager came to the window and was not pleasant when I asked them to top it off. I didn't go back for a couple weeks in fear it would happen again; gave them another shot, and it happened again. Not happy.

I tried this place for the first time and the food was really good. I had the Chicken Breast Panini, Sweet Beets (must try!), and a strawberry banana smoothie. The panini was really good and the Sweet Beets salad was so good and tasty. The smoothie wasn't my favorite since I couldn't really taste the banana. It tasted more like either apple juice or orange juice which is common with smoothies, but not my preference. I prefer my smoothies sweet over tart so perhaps this will help someone with the same preference. The staff were very friendly, the place was clean, and there's a bonus of a cute little area to sit down and enjoy your meal.

I am almost a five star rated Uber driver who drives part time on the weekends. So far my experience with restaurants have been nothing but positive even through the Covid crisis. When a delivery came through for me to pick up at the Arcadia location I pulled up, saw that there was a line in the drive-through and assumed that I may be able to go inside to pick up the order as is the case with many restaurants.. I was immediately met with hostility as if I made the biggest mistake entering their lobby and when I voiced my opinion about most restaurants not having drivers go through the drive-through, I was immediately told by the manager to not even bother to go through the drive-through and to get out of her lobby.. When I tried to voice my opinion she cut me off and told me she was going to call the police and completely escalated the situation. I tried to give a suggestion that they should maybe lock the door but they said law doesn’t allow them to. I’m not sure that is true. In any event they were very unprofessional and even when I called back to get the managers name they refuse to give it to me and said that they’re going to lodge a complaint against me and call the police. I’m still trying to figure out what happened and why I was treated that way. I would not recommend the store as I have yet to receive this poor level of customer service since...

I'll try to keep this remark about this place simple because there's little to say. Nothing negative in my last visit just a couple of days ago the food was incredibly awesome. The service has always was terrific the order was taken wonderfully on the phone and I was as always greeted with reverence and respect by the individual at the front desk. That said something actually impressed me instead of putting me off 90% of the time I think when I'm going to all the locations of this chain mind you I think there's only about a half a dozen in our county. The breakfast burritos or the tortillas sandwiches are normally cut in half and then wrapped either separately or with foil on this occasion all three of the rap or burrito like items I got were not cut it was actually in my opinion wonderful it created last mess and for some reason the turkey club and the AZ burrow for some reason had a better taste than almost to them. I was incredibly impressed God bless the entire staff you guys...
