My family and I went today to celebrate a birthday and were met with the worst service we have ever received by our waiter and his manager, MIRANDA PIEREZ. Our waiter was messing up everyone's order. Would disappear 20 minutes at a time, and wouldn't bring items we would ask for. I had to ask for silverware and napkins 3 times and finally we just asked a different server and they brought it. We saw him sitting in another room on his phone while other waiters had to assist us. When we tried to tell him some issues, he would smirk. We ordered chicken wings and he never told us there was no buffalo sauce. A half hour later another waitress informed us that they didn't have sauce and everyonewho had ordered wings had to order something different. There were many more issues, but it would make the review too long.
THE FOLLOWING WAS THE WORSE PART:
When we tried to discuss our issues with the manager calmly, she kept arguing defending the waiter saying he was new and didn't care about his attitude. Then, she even went to ask the waiters if what we were saying was even true. We realized we wouldn't get a real apology from her and asked to leave our tips for another waitress who had come to the rescue, and the manager wouldn't just accept the tips. She looks at another server (like asking for her opinion) who said it was "so messed up" for us to do that and it's better for us not to leave any tips then to give it to other people. So we just kept our tips. One person still needed to pay their portion and we went outside to wait. As we walked away the waitress who was helping the manager yelled "HAVE A NICE DAY." And whispered" AND DON'T COME BACK" right in front of the person from our group who was still paying. The manager, MIRANDA PIEREZ, didn't even care. Then, they were trying to charge the last person for the stuff that the waiter never brought out and didn't want to let us leave until she finally just waived it. The waiters had already known we hadn't gotten the items.
If this is how Denny's treats its customers and tells them NOT TO COME BACK, then we will gladly not return.
Do not come to this location unless you want bad service and to deal with a manager who...
   Read moreCame here to take advantage of the fact that they now accept EBT but was saddened by the fact it only applies to take out but i understand why. However, I disliked they comment one of the workers stated claiming how they did not like that they do take EBT now due to it attracting "your kind of people." Now I'm not one to let something like ignorance to bother them but not only was I told I wasn't able to eat there and would have to take my food to go but then on top of that have that told to me. I mean I can understand that the workers at this location probably have to deal with more than the typical bull due to its location but it's the same as I always state when I state my opinion on the police and the fact that over time and through the daily grind how eventually the job turns them into something totally different then when they first started and if they do find themselves becoming prejudice and bias and basically losing your empathy to the point where you judge people within the first 2 seconds of seeing them without ever even trying to get to know what they may be going through then maybe it's time to find a new job. I mean no one is forcing you to stay in a job that you hate or maybe you always were that way and now you just have a way of justifying the way you treat people.
I apologize for another one of my rants lol let's see oh yeah Denny's other than that the food is lackluster it's either not what you want or cold or something very rarely have I gotten exactly what I ordered EXACTLY the way I ordered it no matter how much I emphasize or pay extra for but thinking about it I guess that'll happen when you really don't care about a customer and you are just trying to get them out the door so there's that and oh yeah OMG the wait I swear I was there waiting for a take out order for over an hour no exaggeration. The whole time feeling like I wasn't wanted there in the first place but I'm starting to notice a trend around these parts so I'm getting use to it. Hope something changes but I highly...
   Read moreWe had just stopped and after seeing a movie at Arizona Mills I wanted coffee and the 1st thing I got was Weird tasting coffee so I started tasting everything the cream was the culprit it was awful or so I thought I went on to get more coffee this time regular 1st time was decaf it was horrible I tasted like it had an old remedy that my mother used to use for her arthritis called Ben gay/ I truly believe there's nothing worse than having a great desire or thirst for something that your mouth waters for and sitting down in front of it looking at it not being able to drink what you felt was horrible, The next thing I noticed was the dishes actually the silver world was filthy!đŁ, Every time I tried to mention something to the witchments which was also one of the night managers she would cut me short I never got what I asked for and when I would actually start to say something she would completely cut me off I said you need to smell the dish the Manny's came in it smells like wet dog I couldn't even start with 3 words by the time she had new manage with this smirk on her face after I smell that because my grandson said that something did not taste right in his hamburger neither 1 of us wanted anymore... When I complained about the silverware she also cut me off she brought me back another stick knife and you could clearly see where she had wipe this one off the mark was there and the with stil Something on it!
