Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Phoenix

Very disappointed in this location yesterday. Usually my go to store but never coming back. M.i.l.s birthday yesterday so decided to be nice and order the family pizza etc. Ordered online and was promised my order at 7:00 p.m. app said my order went into the oven at 6:35. Get to the store a few minutes after 7 thinking I'm late only to get to the register and have to wait for someone to assist me. They are all pretty much ignoring the register, then they send someone who doesn't even know how to use the register to assist me. First he can't pull my order up, that takes a while then after that he couldn't open the drawer to give me my change he walked off twice. I'm getting impatient and frustrated because my tire is going flat outside because I ran over something in their parking lot so I just finally asked for my money back. The blonde chick upfront does give me a refund but still promises me my order because she said it was coming right up. Let's not even mention the fact that dude gave me an extra $5 bill back in change and i was actually honest and gave it back. I wait around at least 10 minutes still nothing they're just printing labels and folding boxes. Ok. I go outside to check on my tire when I come back inside still nothing. Go back outside and wait a little, check my tire and then about 10 to 15 minutes later come back inside for my order, thinking maybe it's finally finished. Wait around up front over 10 minutes for someone to either stop folding boxes or printing labels long enough to know I am standing there along with two other frustrated looking customers only to be told that they have already given away my order to someone else. What!? The Blonde girl barks that she has already given me a refund so pretty much t.s. but then why tell me I'm still going get my order if I'm not??? I would have left earlier had she not insisted on me waiting around for my order. Finally just leave at 745 empty handed over an hour after my order was supposedly started according to the app. Let's not even start on the tire. Forget...

I called 40 minutes before closing and was placed on hold. After hearing the recording express several times that it's easier and faster to place my order on line, I did so with 35 minutes to spare, but stayed on the phone just in case a live person picked up. But then, then there was an error with my online order, and even though they charged me, my order could not be processed. So glad I stayed on the phone so we could straighten this out ... Except I at just 15 minutes to close, no one has picked up. Surely, if it were too late to order, someone would have told me before charging me $26 for a medium pizza and letting me sit on hold for 20 minutes? I reordered as pay on delivery just to make sure. And then, oh holy hell! After a 30 minute wait (and still on hold) a live representative called me on a separate line to politely tell me to eff off, no drivers available, and to wait for my refund. 🤬 Wouldn't it have been easier for all of us if you'd just answer the phone in the place or to edit that helpful recording to make customer expectations realistic: "If you're calling to order after ##pm, then we're going to leave you feeling hungry and annoyed enough to write a bad...

Darian the "Store manager" is a clear reflection of how slow and rude this domino's is. I hit curb side and my GF waited for 40 minutes, she was in her PJs and was uncomfortable to get off because all the workers were male and just dancing around. I came back after she got home empty-handed and Darian told me no one is special enough to not be patient and get off the car and go into the store and ask about the pizza. He doesn't understand the concept of "Curbside" obviously needs re training. He said he wouldn't give me the refund until he finally gave in. Wasted my time, my gas, my money and my pizza. This is the worst service I have ever gotten. Not only that but as a manager he kept referring to me as "My boy" I know the area is bad but we are not in the streets. This is the third time it's happened to me, they hit "it's out the oven and ready" I check in, wait, but on 2 other occasions I have to get off and ask where the pizza is at. Last time Darian laughed it off and said oh I didn't hear it, guess you get a free pizza sarcastically, but that time they were actually busy and working so I gave them the benefit of the doubt.
