Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Phoenix

Listen to this. I placed an $30 order using the Dominos app at 9:35pm for delivery. Andrew started prepping my order at 9:49pm; I noticed after almost 40 minutes after the food was “prepping,” my order status still hadn’t moved. I called the store for a status and was on hold for more than 10 minutes, no one ever came to the phone. Despite not wanting to drive later at night, hence the reason I chose delivery, but given that I had already given Dominos my money, I get up and drive up to the store anyway. I get there, they tell me my order isn’t ready yet and that it’ll be ready shortly. 20 minutes and 4 customers later, Andrew tells me that my order will not be completed because it’s going to take him too long to clean the store after my order is finished. This Dominos closes at 12am midnight, I placed my order at 9:35pm. Andrew then proceeds to tell me that his last delivery driver left at 10pm and his manager Jesus told him to lock the door and shut the store down 20 minutes before 11pm ..again this Dominos closes at 12am midnight and I placed my order at 9:35pm. As I continue to express my frustrations with Andrew that 1) I just want the food I ordered, 2) he told me my order would be ready then tells me he’s not going to do it because it’ll take too long ..Andrew begins to yell at me!! THIS DOMINOS IS SO TRASH, LITERALLY THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD HERE. I just wanted my damn pizza and cinnamon sticks, not to be told y’all can’t make my food when I ordered 2.5 hours before they “close!” Moral of the story, don’t come here. You’ll be refused pizza...

Worst experience ever — honestly. First, everything was slow — but it's Friday night, so I was okay with that. But once it came out of the oven and had the quality check, it took 50 mins to get to us. I got the notification that it was out for delivery – and it made it look like it would be here in 20 mins — then the time just kept extending. I called the store, and was on hold for 10 mins — the driver arrived while I was still on hold, so I hung up. The pizza was cold. Like not even a slight bit warm. And the order was wrong. My husband likes thin crust, I do NOT. But even though I ordered hand tossed, I got thin (bleh). Cold, thin, cardboard crust... I ordered a salad as well. I paid extra for a separate dressing. Nope. Not in the bag. Finally I went to review it on the Dominos app, but nope, I can't review it because I haven't received the order yet? Really? Then I tried to report an issue and it said I can't do that until my order leaves the store (the tracker shows it in Quality Check even though I got all the text messages saying it's on the way and I'm actually eating it). So yea, wrong order, cold pizza, missing items, and no way to report it to Dominos because unless they finish their tracking, you're blocked. Have fun folks! Or find another pizza place. Kinda wish I had waited to give a cash tip instead of giving 20% before anything...

DO NOT ORDER YOUR PIZZA FROM HERE. TRUST ME WHEN SAY THIS. JUST DONT. Horrible service. Horrible people answering the phone. They gave me so many excuses as to why my pizza never got sent out on time (which was 47 to 57 mins from when i ordered). Then when i called the lady who answered proceeded to tell me they only have 1 delivery driver tonight due to someone going home sick earlier and someone elses car broke down. Why did you not call in replacements?? Its not that hard to call people people in. It just sounds like poor management to me. The lady then told me she doesnt when my pizza will show up. They closed at 1am and im still waiting for our pizza to show up. Their text message to me said they left at 1:11am to deliver our pizza. The store is 10 mims from out hotel. Our pizza didn't show up til 1:45am, 2 hours after we ordered our food. We had 2 very hungry children waiting for food to eat. The delivery lady was very kind about the whole. They even gave us our food for free and added a free soda to it causeit took 2 hours for it to show up. The pizza did show up cold and didnt have sausage on it like we ordered. Cant blame the drivers but you csn blame the management for this. This makes me never want to order pizza again. They even had this lady who was 6 month pregnant working after hours. Just an awful ...
