I'm never setting foot in this Dunkin again. Several staff rotations since my last review and things were getting better. This recent team is disorganized, mean to each other, and mean to the customers. I went there Wednesday morning as I have each morning before work for two years. I waited 10 minutes to even be acknowledged which is unusual. I waited another 10 minutes for my drink until I tried asking a girl behind the counter who was standing and staring at the wall. One of the supervisors there, I don't know her name since none of the crew wear name tags but she hasn't been there long, barked at me "DON'T ASK HER, SHE DOESN'T KNOW ANYTHING!" in reference to the other worker. I was stunned. I get my coffee after 25 minutes of standing and waiting, barely acknowledged the entire time, while other customers are coming in. The lady supervisor who felt brave enough to talk down about her employee in front of customers filled my refill cup about 2/3 of the way. I politely asked her to top it off, and she LAUGHED in my face and dumped enough extra coffee to overflow my cup, spilling my drink onto my hand and counter. She tells me to have a good day while I'm standing there shocked. I contacted corporate over this and will update my review if the franchise owner reaches out. I've never had to complain to a company like this and I'm very sad about it.
OLD REVIEW 1 YEAR AGO: I came here every morning for almost a year. The staff was great. Rhiannon was the best manager and a great old friend of mine. Everret was a fantastic employee, as well as Max the manager and everyone else whose names escape me. What the hell happened? It's like they rotated staff overnight. The new staff are slow, not very friendly, and really just ruined the whole vibe for me coming to this location every morning. Please bring back your old staff because I am about to go to The McDonald's up the street for their breakfast and coffee instead. Shame on upper management and shame on anyone who had a hand in making the decision for changing out an entire fleet of staff who did absolutely fantastic and made my morning and probably did the same for many others....
Read moreI have given this location time to respond to the service my family and I received, yet they have not. I have tmobile so we get a perk every Tuesday, these past few weeks have been DD. Not realizing that there are a few closer to where I live in went to cactus and 32nd st. I had a great person help named michelle. I guess she was also doing drive through so she left the front and got ADAM. What a jerk this kid was! My son had gotten 2 gift cards from his tmobile so he wanted to use both. He had already used one, so as he waited for someone else him and his sisters were looking to see what they wanted. So this kid Adam comes to the counter and said he'd help who was next, it was my son and his sister. He took my son's order then skipped my daughter. I saw here starting to cry, and asked what happened, she said he skipped over her. He took the next 5 people in lines order. I told him so he was aware that he skipped her, there was no apology, all he kept saying was "is she with you", I asked what that had to do with it, she was making her own purchase. He asked 3 times and I repeated myself and slapped the counter because he wouldn't shut up. I don't understand why if she was with me or not she wasn't allowed to make her order. He yelled at me and said he'd make my son's order. I asked to speak to the manager and lucky me it was this person! He proceeded to tell me when he was done I had to leave. Not a problem! Then the customer who cut my daughter off appologized, I told her it wasn't her fault, he should have been paying attention also. He made my son's drink and told me to call his manager because he had proof of what I did. Myself "God forbid a person slap the counter with such a nasty person working as a manager"! After he gave us the drink my daughter still was waiting, the company phone wrangler and yet again he didn't take her order, stayed on the phone and walked away. I had to go to 2 other stores to get her purchase made. (1 was closed). I will never go to this location...
Read more5 months later the manager has made enemies of the community and has sent me text messages on my personal number. LIVING RENT FREE IN SOMEONES HEAD GET A LIFE AND TREAT PEOPLE BETTER. YOU DID THAT ALL ON YOUR OWN BOO BOO but serving stale bread you should know better shouldn't you ? Would you eat at place that is suppose to bake bread daily but serves you day old bread? Seriously? That's by the book? Imagine the entire staff quit: a store that was top ten in speed will never see it again. Hard to rate people with no experience. Even harder to get what you want from an untrained crew. Keep in mind some situations are avoidable. How you treat people greatly reflects the outcomes you receive. Food for thought because you won't get what you wanna eat here Imagine pulling up and when they see you they bring the order to your vehicle but you give them a 1 star review. Not a very fair and honest review if you ask me. It would also be weird to ask someone 1 question 1 time and say it was several times or to say someone was aggressive. It would be weird to leave saying have a great day guys and then leave a reivew that doesn't reflect what actually happened. It would be weird to say the person who wished you a good day was standing by and laughing. It would also be weird to delete a review after being asked about it. Then leaving another without a face on the profile. It would also be weird to give this place a 1 star review and come and send 100$ a week on service after you were asked do you like the service? So far so good, then leaves a 1 star review. All you have to do to have a great time here is speak clearly and not from the passenger seat.
