Sunflower Massage — Local services in Phoenix

I had a deeply disappointing experience at this establishment. I booked and paid $60 for a one-hour massage, but the service I received was far from what was promised. After being shown to the room and asked to change, I waited for 10 minutes before the massage even began.

Once it started, the therapist kept leaving the room, resulting in constant interruptions. In total, I received no more than 15 minutes of actual massage time. When I brought this up, she claimed I had only paid for 30 minutes, which was incorrect. After some discussion, she apologized and admitted she was busy, ultimately refunding me $20. So, basically, I paid for $40 for 15 minutes massage)

I asked her name, and she said "mimi" I'm sure she just game me a random name.

She was incredibly unprofessional and left me feeling disappointed and short-changed. I can not recommend this place to others, as the experience was both upsetting and far below...

Minutes later, another person came looking for a massage. She helped him in came back to me, massaged for a few more minutes then asked if it was ok for just a 30 min and give me the difference back. It was obvious she was done with me because I wasnt going to pay for "other services" and wanted to maybe get a bigger tip from the next guy who might want thoes things. People on a tight budget can get massages at prices they can afford. You can probably expect a nice, modern atmosphere, but don't expect anything amazing.
