This is by far the best hair supply store I’ve literally ever been to! The store is huge and well lit which is super important bc you don’t know how many times I’ve purchased something then I get home and realize the hair or lace is not exactly the right color or the knots didn’t look so massive in the store but in good lighting at home tho you look like you got some bargain bin horse hair plugs glued in.

Anyway the best part about this store is the CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I walked in probably 10 mins before they closed yet a young gentleman helped me taking the time to actually help me find what I wanted. He didn’t rush me at all and didn’t have an attitude when answering any of my questions. He genuinely cared and was sincerely nice! Most of the time I go into any hair store I really can’t find any help and if I do all I get is attitude and eye rolls so this was a good shocking surprise. I didn’t catch his name but he had braces and wore glasses and another young lady I think her name was Jen or Gem she was super kind too!!!

I don’t really write reviews that much but i felt compelled to write one about my experience at this store bc I was just so impressed. I hope that everyone looking for a reputable, clean, friendly, affordable and customer service based store to spend money at shops here! Plus the store is POC owned!! Very important bc unfortunately most hair supply stores are owned by white or Asian ppl. So please ppl don’t sleep on this store SUPPORT THEM!!

I was also very surprised at the prices SUPER AFFORDABLE I couldn’t believe what my total was bc I even when I was in line I kept seeing something and would grab it so I ended up getting more than just a wig but still spent less than $70! I was again shocked in a good way! I am forever a customer now and can’t wait to go back!! No more having to shop online either bc their prices are much cheaper plus things of course look different on a screen… IRL you get to see and feel the hair and lace. They have a TON of wigs on display on maniquine heads so you are able to really get what you want! Bonus is instant satisfaction no more waiting on...

I just started having to wear a wig about a month ago… Which has been a very overwhelming, emotional, and debilitating experience, as I am losing all of my hair due to medical treatment. I went in about a week ago with my daughter and the staff member Q, was absolutely amazing, kind, compassionate, and had exceptional customer service skills. She made me feel so comfortable. Which is what someone in my shoes definitely needs through this emotional process.I am so grateful that I was able to meet her and I asked when she was working again and she told me Wednesday. I told her I was going to be bringing in my friend from work who is also losing her hair from chemo. My friend and I got there on Wednesday and it was shortly before Q’s shift was ending, but she stayed late to assist my friend and I. She brought in another staff member ,Amira to assist and she was also super amazing, kind, compassionate, and had exceptional customer service skills. I recommend this place to anyone, needing to get any kind of wig. The store also has a lot of other cute stuff and next time I go I am excited to look around at all of the other items they have. I am grateful for the customer service and care that Q and Amira provided to my friend and I. I will always be going back to Aba, and I look forward to having these women assist me and my friend through this emotional journey of our hair loss. Thank you Q and thank you...

Amazing!!! I am super big on customer service being I take pride in providing great customer service myself. Lots of times you go into an establishments and you aren’t greeted, no one ask if you need assistance and so on and so on. Well that was so not the case today!!! Waba Hair & Beauty did an amazing job by hiring mgr Rasheedah!!!! She is customer service at its best. First she greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. Second she came to the floor and asked if I needed assistance finding anything. I was on a 30 min lunch break and stopped by for braid hair and shampoo. She went over about 7 different brands of shampoos and conditioners and was even 100 percent on which she likes as well as disliked. There was a conditioner missing from the sales floor and she took the time to go back and check if by any chance it was in stock. Needless to say you were out but I appreciated the efforts more than anything. Ms Rasheedah also mentioned a few promotions on edge control which she must have been pushing because she didn’t even realize they were all gone. Thank you Rasheedah for the superb customer service.
