Brazell Field at GCU Ballpark — Attraction in Phoenix

Located just north of the NE corner of Camelback Rd. and 35th Ave. in Phoenix, AZ, on the campus of Grand Canyon University, this newly remodeled (about 2 - 3 years ago, I think), this is now a much larger and more convenient ballpark with individual seats and no sight line issues from anywhere in seating area. The snack bar and restrooms have also been enlarged and modernized. Parking is nearby and usually easily accessed and free. It is the home stadium for the GCU 'Lopes (the abbreviation for Antelopes) and they are an NCAA Division I baseball team WAC member and often qualify for post-season tournament competition. The public address system and announcers are both good. Admission is usually very reasonable....

Lovely baseball field where GCU plays its home games—the sun sets over the outfield, making the whole scene quite picturesque. Seats all offer great views, and seating is general admission so you get to choose your own adventure. A nice leisurely way to spend an evening, and a fun...

Every seat offers panoramic views of the field. Very clean stadium. Quick access to concession and bathrooms.

Staff on site mostly students, they always greet with a smile and offer help willingly.
