Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Phoenix

Desert Ridge Market Place Location It is a shame that the supervisors, managers, employees, and anyone affiliated with this particular location legitimately do not care about the horrendous chaos that takes place. For the past 3 years, for some reason (probably for the food, which I can not complain) I keep going to this location and every time the there is always something negative service related. I either get my order wrong, treated like I do not know how to order, there is no definitive line (no specific line to place an order), there is no waiting area to wait for your order (is the space being used to it's full potential), in general guest seem to extend there stay to long not making available sitting for guest that may want to sit and eat/drink their order, the dining area always seems to be unkept (not swept, tables not wiped off, crumbs/trash on floor/patio area). It is apparent that this is a high volume location but there should be some form of organization of the service instead of this chaotic mess. Yes, is it possible that the corporate executives do not mind this knowing that one complaint doesn't harm the overall figures of the numerous locations in the Phoenix Valley. What is my one complaint of service and logistics at this location going to accomplish? Looking at the big picture, probably nothing. What are the employees and managers at this location going to do? I don’t write reviews a lot but man the lady working I think named “brittany” was beyond rude!! We got served apple juice that was labeled 2 weeks expired to my pregnant girlfriend that drank it. When we called and told them what happened they promised a FULL REFUND ON OUR ENTIRE ORDER ($24) on a recorded line. After driving 30 minutes to get the refund the lady changed up her mind and said she only wanted to refund us $4!! Cost more in gas $ just to drive and get that. WTH. They offered us a free bagel (which they messed it up completely once we opened up the food in the car. We asked for pepperoni they gave us cheese! Lady was talking so much crap about us too behind the counter so loud we heard the whole thing. Saying things like “I don’t care at all”. And just “throw it in the box and that will be enough”. This particular location, at the Desert Ridge shopping center has always been a bit sub par when compared to other locations that I've visited. My most recent and last visit was particularly bad. The lady was barely listening to what I was trying to order, and they had little to no bagels available. When my lunch order was put up, no one alerted me to the fact and the extra bagels I had ordered were MIA. After I had placed my order and moved on, I noticed that the lady ignored the next customer and just walked off for quite a while leaving everyone in line wondering what was going on. Also, I had gotten coleslaw for my side which looked like it had been made with elmers glue rather than mayo...I wasn't...
