Unfortunately this location has gone WAY downhill on service! The food itself is delicious but the quality of service is no longer great and I sat at the speaker outside in the drive thru and was never waited on so I proceeded to the window. There seemed to be a bit of a communication issue. I do speak and understand Spanish but it is not my first language so respectfully I do not usually order in Spanish. Even though I ordered at the drive thru window (after initially being ignored) I went inside to get my order so I did not hold up the drive thru the men who were working inside the restaurant were less than professional and less than friendly. Bought a Carne Asada Chimichanga. Price with tax was $18.99. Burrito was at a surprisingly low temperature for freshly made. Mor of a warm than hot you would anticipate from a. Chimichanga. The inside of Burrito was cheese, beans and Carne. I’d say with tastes good just not much meat. The rice was dry and bland. Beans were decent but temp was warm not hot. Pico may have been old it did not taste fresh. Guacamole was bland and a bit slimy. Sour cream added color but no flavor. Salsa, red and green was decent, on the slicer side for sure. My husband was looking forward to eating here. Never again! Worse experience ever. I was denied ice, table was dirt, cashier said they didn't have any ice and also gave my husband three napkins to clean our own table . We should've left then but I'm 7mths pregnant and was ready to eat. We sat in and ate and i watched two people ask the same question about ice, she filled their cups with ice behind the counter.
