Federico's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Phoenix

I always come here and one of the ladies knows me and my mother, but this time it’s a different lady I must not usually come when she works, but I repeated myself 3 times and she still said what? And I raised my voice and she said you don’t have to scream. I proceeded to say my order, it look maybe 15-20 minutes for two chicken tacos, and then they look like this. I always get chicken tacos and they NEVER LOOK LIKE THIS, half way full and messed up. Pretty sure the lady took it personal, I do not look forward to coming back to my favorite place! Before this the food is great, everything is perfect, and the one lady I usually gets is so sweet she even tells me you better go home, and looks out for me, but this other lady that I got today her customer service...

I submitted an order with an instruction for food allergies for my entire family we received the order not only was the instruction not read but I have the ingredients I request for it NOT TO HAVE I called a lady had answered put me on hold and when she returned back onto the phone I was explaining what was going on and she had hung up on me without saying anything just mumbled. Got a craving for some good carnitas burritos so I go to my nearest filibertos but its a Federico's being late at night I try it out. So I get home and the carnitas meat is soooo.. Dry and like jerky my husband calls them to complain i m guessing that they scraped the meat from the sides of the pan that had been sitting drying out and getting crunchy. I go back on an empty gas tank to get them replaced hoping for better meat giving them the benefit of the doubt i didnt check it before I left the restaurant i get home and sure enough still crunchy just not as dry cuz they drowned it with guacamole . well I just wanted to add one more thing the cashier was polite.
