Pizza and food are great but man I had a bad experience w a man working there. So I placed the order online and when I came in to pick it up I wanted to add a small side of buffalo sauce. I had no problem paying extra, but little to my knowledge if u make an order online and u send it thru, pay w ur cc, u can't edit the order or give gratuity once in store. I had no cash on me. He rudely said "it already costs me to swipe ur card, I'm not gonna do it again, there is a 2 dollar minimum!" I said, oh, there's no way to edit the payment or order and just add the sauce to the pizza order? "No!" I then said not sarcastically or with any type of negative tone, dang, I forgot to leave a tip online and was gonna tip u from my card wen I got here...he then says with a rude tone of how dare you, "um, I don't need your tip". Then proceeds to try to explain again the rules or whatever to me so at that point I just grabbed my food and left. He was so rude for no reason. I'm a server, I live off tips, wasn't trying to belittle anyone. But he was rude from the start so whatever. Ill get food wen he isnt...
Read moreThere are Figaro's Pizzas... And then there's this little gem which seems intent on making up for every partly charred, mostly raw or mind bogglingly incorrect order you ever ended up face to face with, courtesy of the Figaro's brand. In a complete departure from franchise tradition, the owners of the Phoenix location know the business, they work alongside their staff and you'd have to be in a coma not to understand that their core objective is to build the community.
The result? Service is excellent across the board; you are being served by staff who are actually happy to be employed there and are actively engaged in their work. The food is not only good - it's consistently good - and even better, it's affordable.
Bottom line? This one solitary Figaro's Pizza - due directly to the quality and dedication of the owners - refuses to be trampled down by the self entitled "meh" lifestyle that has become life after covid. You OWE IT TO YOURSELF to go eat there... Try it out. It's the American...
Read moreWe were regular customers and I have to say this place isn’t a good as it used to be. The prices went way up and quality has gone down. Usually delivery only takes about 30 minutes. Tonight we called at 5:35, I was told 45 minutes. At 6:35 I called to get an ETA, I was told the delivery person was on the way. At a few minutes to 7:00 I had to call and cancel my order and asked for a refund. The saving grace was that the person on the phone was very nice and didn’t try to persuade me to keep waiting. He apologized and gave me a refund, and I felt bad for being “that person” but an hour and a half for delivery is just a bit much to wait. This isn’t the first kinda bad experience with them in the last few months and we hope they bounce back to being as good as they were when...
