Filiberto's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Phoenix

Alright I this place has been trying new sloppy work and serving horrible food. Four times in a row they have gotten my order wrong. One time they served me a soup bowl in a tortilla. They see that they judge you and pick on you with your order or purposely forget to do things or just outright a crew with your order. No excuses for laziness if the cooks don't want to work then don't take the job. I ran I order a taco salad and they eliminated the lettuce I even asked for extra too. I got money at all. Why they do this to people is a mystery to me but it rates as close it down rating not worth the time or money. I remember before the immigration raid and all the employees got taken away. Those were good ole days nice prices and good food always right but new owners and new employees hire prices too which has been raised three times in this year alone. Now, what cost me 5$ is 10$. So the orders become less and visits become few in between by us customers. You would think they get a clue on that and it's wrong morally and ethically in what they are doing to their customer's but they lazy employed anyways. So I guess as they get paid and none comes and buys they don't work. Easy day at the office right. No, no customers soon no jobs. Fools. But so Io says yuk to them their cooks and the establishment for the bad practice of work ethics and quality of grub. Four times four fails. never again I spend my hard warn cash...

I usually eat at filiberto's at least two times a week. usually when I'm in a different city other than Mesa Arizona I like to eat at restaurants I usually eat at just to see if the food at that same franchise is as tasty, perhaps their plates or other items on the menu might just be a larger serving. Especially in the area, I thought who knows maybe I might just get more for my money? Boy was I wrong! I ordered the enchilada and Taco combination plate and to my surprise, the service was good the food was cold! As in the cheese was not even melted in the enchilada the meat and the taco was so dry, and the beans were halfway warm! I did enjoy the salsa bar though that's always wonderful! So 3-star rating for food would be about right for filibertos that was not right at all they're known for their large quantities and always tasty and hot Mexican food and I'm not meaning spicy! I went up to the counter and explained to the guy and asked him hey wasn't the cheese supposed to be melted in the enchilada? And why did I get more lettuce than rice and beans that was a bit odd to me?! And they weren't even busy at all there was nobody in the dining area, in the Drive-Thru did not even have a line maybe a car every 4 or 5 minutes so I would have expected more portion and hotter food than what I got and was expecting better especially being...

Most of my experience with Filibertos is from the one on Dobson Rd and Southern Ave. And that one has the WORST, SLOWEST AND EXTREMELY RUDE PEOPLE. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN AND I WOULD NEVER LET A FRIEND GO TO THAT LOCATION. THEY'RE SO VERY RUDE. THEY ARE JUST HORRIBLE. I HAVE GIVEN THEM SEVERAL CHANCES BECAUSE THEY ARE SO CLOSE TO ME, BUT EVERY SINGLE TIME THE EXPERIENCE IS WORSE. TRUST IT'S SO HARD TO IMAGINE THAT THEY COULD BE ANY WORSE THAN THE LAST TIME... BUT THEY NEVER FAIL TO BE WORSE!!! LAST TIME I was in line for an hour and they got my food order wrong four times once I got to the window. The lady that was giving me the wrong order was very rude. She acted like I was interfering in her day. And when I got frustrated and told her that I was waiting for an hour and then I got my order wrong 4 X she told me that it was not an hour I was only in line for 48 minutes. I have never once had a good experience there. They are always rude and extremely slow. All that to say when I went to this Filibertos I did not expect much. However, they were so extremely kind, fast and accurate. No one was rude, in fact, they went far beyond and were amazing. I will literally drive 20 minutes out of my way to go to this location.
