FROST Gelato Kierland — Restaurant in Phoenix

HUGE ice cream fan here......so if you’re looking for amazing gelato, FROST in Kierland Commons is the place to go! We stopped in and were seriously impressed—not just with the gelato, but with the whole experience. First off, the staff was awesome. Super friendly, patient, and more than happy to let us sample different flavors before deciding. It’s always nice when employees actually seem to enjoy their job, and you could tell they did. They made the experience even better.

Now, let’s talk about the gelato……absolutely incredible. Every flavor we tried was rich, creamy, and packed with flavor. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients because the taste was next-level. It’s way smoother and more flavorful than regular ice cream. Whether you’re into classics like chocolate and vanilla or more unique flavors, they have something for everyone. One of us got the raspberry and it was amazing. Packed with actual fresh raspberries. One of us got one of the peanut caramel based flavors, can’t remember the name. But it was absolutely phenomenal.

The shop itself was clean, inviting, and had a great atmosphere. It’s the perfect spot to grab a sweet treat while walking around Kierland Commons. If you’re anywhere near this area, do yourself a favor and stop by. Absolutely 5 stars all the way…can’t wait...

I haven't been more disappointed in the service I received at Frost Gelato in Scottsdale, AZ in my life. I came just after the store opened, and less than a third of the flavors were out. Ok, I thought, I'll wait. One young lady was waiting on customers and one other young man was very slowly putting out the rest of the gelatto flavors out all while talking on the phone (personal phone call). I said "excuse me" 3 times to him, and he was so engrossed in the call that he never heard. Finally I said it louder and asked for sea salt caramel. He said it would be out soon, and continued on with his personal phone call. When I suggested that he might be able to get more flavors out sooner by getting off the phone, he got really upset, came back out a few minutes later and put an empty tin in the sea salt caramel slot. I asked the young lady waiting on customers to check on it for me and she came back and said that they were out. An obvious lie and very rude. I will never go back to this location. The man whose name stars with an "A" should be fired on the spot. There is no reason for that. Don't go to this...

Yesterday- Saturday afternoon at 3:40p.m, my husband and I went here to buy gelato. My husband chose two flavors and the employee who was serving him did not attend to him well. Then a female employee came and served him gelato that was in the back when there was clearly enough of the flavor he wanted where the flavors are displayed in front of the customers. The gelato that she gave him was very watery and I see that my husband is upset and later I understand why when I look up at the laughing faces from the other employees . This place has become very racist and the managers clearly do not care how their employees treat their customers. It is completely inappropriate, disgusting, and rude! Apart from that, this place has also become extremely unsanitary. They mop or clean the floors and do not wash their hands. They just put on the same dirty gloves back on and that's it. I will never come back here. If they're not attending to people in an appropriate and nice way, then they should not even be...
