Across the Eastern side of PVM. A fairly eclectic strip mall, with shops like CVS, Office Max, and an EOS chain gym. All were reasonably underpopulated. Very few maskers, except staff. I went to the 99¢ Store, because they have a much bigger selection of trustworthy food items than the Dollar Tree around the corner. Cashier asked if I wanted every other thing bagged, but was otherwise friendly. No staff for assistance on the floor. Mostly wanted juices/sodas, but was happy to find those Haribo red and black gummy raspberries, which I've loved since I was a toddler. It was my gift to myself for braving covid exposure in a decidedly less than spotless establishment (it's always that way, sorta like a Ross Store with bananas and bleach.

Was at Brick-n-Barley. 2nd stop on the 8th Annual Pat Tillman Ride. Small and busy place with decent food and a great bar & wait staff. Was there about a 1/2 hour and they always made sure there was free ice water ready to grab at the front entrance. Nice place with way more parking than we expected.

This was actually JULIO G's. Had the nachos with machaca meat and refried beans. Was allot better than it was a year ago but still not the best. I think this place has had its time and day in the sun and is on its way out soon. Check it out on ur own; maybe it was just me and my party.

Always a pleasure the people ate friendly. The stores are diverse and suit the needs of all. The restaurants are plentiful too. Pick up a sandwich or pizza, or ice cream. Or swing into sprouts and get something fresh and healthy to fix at home. The stores are close to eachother so not too hot to go from one to another,...
