Visited 5/12/24 The best pizza I've had in an airport by far! When I asked the lady behind the counter to cook it a little extra so it's crispy and she goes "that's how we all like it here!" so that was a nice start since I knew she knew her pizza then. We had a good little chat before I sat down to wait and she seemed like a very nice, hard working Mom. When the pizza came out, sure enough, it was cooked perfectly! THE WORST pizza I’ve ever had. I ordered the Ultimate Cheese with garlic sauce. Cheese layer was incredibly thin and covered maybe 1/2 the diameter of the pizza. Cheese had zero flavor. Was allegedly a multi cheese mix but highly doubtful; seemed to be all tasteless mozzarella. Dough was likewise flavorless and did not taste fresh. Waited 52+ minutes for one of the worst pizzas i have ever had. Other people around me were in the same boat and leaving because they had to board a flight after waiting so long without their pizza or a refund. No sense of urgency or care by any of the employees who were all just hiding out in the back the whole time, not helping the one person making pizza as slow as he could...
