Ordered ahead on app. Got through the drive thru and noticed we were missing food. Went back through the drive thru. The guy at the window was fully ignorant. We explained we were missing an item. All he would say in broken English is that they don't have the box for that item. Over and over. Finally a lady mopping came over and read the receipt and said the same thing they didn't have the box. After speaking to both for about 5mins a third person walked over. She showed him the receipt. For about the 20th time in a row we explained we already paid for it and didn't receive our food. Finally after a few more mins they said they will make the food and bring it out. This took us over 30mins total going and waiting in the drive thru the arguing with employees they can't understand simple conversation. After all that we were missing the sauces that should have come with the box meal. Defeated we just cut our loss instead of waiting in the drive thru again. All our food was cold when we got home shakes melty and the whipped cream completely melted and flat on the top of the drink. I would like to say this was a one off event, but it is not. Read moreI would definitely not recommend this location. Me and my family went last night at around 11pm and we ordered 3 large curly fries. They gave us 3 curly fries in what seemed like a small sized bag. When we returned to tell the lady working, she was SO rude. She told us that they are all out of the large box fries so we politely asked for a refund. She said she couldn’t do a refund until 6am so we needed to get out of her line. I work in customer service and that is NOT how you talk to your customers. I don’t know what kind of employees they have working there but they are so unprofessional and rude. We pulled up to the window and she would walk away and wouldn’t even open up the window to talk to us. We sat at the window for about 30 minutes, maybe even longer, and we were not able to get a managers name because the lady was being unprofessional and wouldn’t open up the window. So disappointed. I always go to this location and that has never happened to me. I will share this with everyone I know and recommend they don’t go to this location. The speaker that you communicate with the cashier actually works and the girl working the night I was there seemed pleasant. I placed a double order and that was ok with her. Another location made the excuse of being shorthanded and yet another location told me I must drive around again. It seems like a small thing until you consider the restaurant sits on a one way road and to go through the drive through again to go through the line again is to drive a mile around the block. And it has nothing to do with anything other than them being graded on how long someone sits in line. The shorter the better. Placing a double order moves the average time up. I don't believe expecting me to drive around the block and wait in line again so they can pat themselves on the back is an acceptable level of customer service.
