Iâm updating my review! Before I write this review, I want to say how much I enjoyed this location its convenient for my family, its usually cIean and my order is usually always right. Ive seen upper management at this location plenty of times and have spoken to them about how great of a location this is, but today is the last day I will ever return to this location. First I ordered through the drive thru window. I placed an order for a Large Sprite and a vanilla cone, I was told there were no large cups available would I prefer a medium and I said no how about you give me 2 medium drinks for the size of a large and she wouldn't respond. I noticed the white lady in front of me ordered a large Dr Pepper. So I drove to the first window to pay and was told they will have to charge me for 2 medium drinks because theyâre out of large cups. The manager came to the window and told me the same thing, so I decided to go inside to place an order. As soon as I walk-in the door I pointed at the large cups and asked the manager Dana or Diana (I dont recal how she pronounced her name) but I asked her why did she lie about not having large cups when theyre right in the cup holder and she said that the large cups are only for online ordering. The point is I go to this McDonalds every single day breakfast, lunch and dinner most times my kids come to this location this is two seconds from my house. Why do you have to lie about something so simple if you do not have large cups, then find a way to satisfy your customers instead of getting angry and telling them to get out of your line. I had to place my order through the app just to get my large drink. I hope management talks to her about her attitude she will also need customers service training.    Read moreHeat Lamps & Horrible Management, for 7 years The only thing worth having here are beverages and Quarter Pounders, because they are the only things that are freshly made. In the case of the quarter pounder, make sure you order it without one condiment or that will be heat lamped also like I got a couple days ago when I forgot , and stale buns and cheese halfway on the burger are just normality. I gave up on the fries here a long time ago, because they can't serve a good order of fries to save their lives. And don't go there between 11pm & 6am, because they only staff 3 people which makes for a 20-30 minute wait regularly behind the other 4 cars. During those hours the shake machine is shut down, and they tell you they "ran out of quarter pounders" so they don't have to cook them, really true story. Today there were kids shrieking so loud I could barely order and running around the sticky dirty floor with no shoes inside the store, no one cared. I also look over to see about 15 pre-made orders of fries sitting in a heat lamp, while a girl made more order to fill the empty spots in the rack that hold them. There were only a couple of cars in the drive through and 3 of us inside, so 10 minutes later someone was going to get those Luke warm, dried out, potato sticks they try and pass off as fries. Honestly, this place is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to, and that's a 7 year opinion of this place, not a bad visit. I wish McDonald's would pull their license for ripping my neighborhood and my self off with very sub par product, but they won't, so the best I can do is share my experience...
   Read moreI went there this morning 2/26 and my card kept getting declined. The cashier informed me that it has been happening all morning, happened to 4 other people before me within an hour. I try two different cards, both donât work. Pull up the the second window, try it doesnât work.The assistant manager says âwell my managers card just went through so itâs not our machinesâ. I go in try it, same thing happens. Finally I just go pull out money. When I come back in the assistant manager says absolutely nothing to me, not even a greeting. Just rings it up again and tells me my total. I made sure to call both of my banks who inform me that have not put any hold on my card or anything. I understand technology is weird sometimes and I work in customers service so I have peopleâs cards get declined at all times. My issue was their response. If this happened to 4 other people before me, obviously something is going on with the machines. If it happened to just me, fine. It may have just been my card. But her response of not sure what you want me to do but not my fault was just upsetting. Her tone, her mannerisms all showed she was annoyed with me when the whole time I was trying to be patient and understanding. Bottom line is, they need to get their machines checked out if they are going to be running a business.
