I went at 10:02 for 4 pies.. I was told 12mins. I said no problem, I have 15 to spare as long as it's not longer. They said it won't be pull to the 1st window. I paid, got my receipt it wasn't legible. Pulled up to the 2nd window and asked if they could reprint the receipt.. He said NP I will have it in your bag for you. Follow the arrows we will bring it out to you.. At 10:20 he's at my truck asking for 5 mins.. I said I'm sorry I don't have 5 I'm on lunch.. he said Sweetie it will just be 5 more mins. I said I don't have it, I'll come in and get my money back.. Get in and of course the rude lady in front ask for my receipt. I said he has it.. she said she needed my card which I left in the truck to give me a refund. I then just asked for my receipt back because I didn't have time.. The lady refused to give me my receipt. When I went to take it she said I was assaulting her.. She had the nerve to put her forearm on my person.. I nicely used my hand to remove her arm from my person.. then the man with the bad mouth walks up and tells me he's going to touch me.. Thank God I kept it PG because I had a job to get to.. Long story short.. I didn't get my receipt, my pies, or money from them.. they think that I lost my money but I got it back from the bank.. I called corporate and the BBB and I will be seeking further assistance because that made ABSOLUTELY no sense.. its my time.. my money money receipt.. why am I having to beg u for my receipt and my money back.. on any other day my hand would have been down her throat.. But im trying to be a better person.. So now I'm taking the high road.. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION... Im still waiting on a call from the owner/manager.. BE PROFESSIONAL..WATCH THE CAMERAS.. According to Google maps, I originally reviewed this location years ago. It was such an absolute terrible experience, I never returned. First they literally threw my food at me and slammed the driveway window before I could barely catch the bag in the air (my original review), then they got an order wrong and were VERY snobby in accepting it back and correcting things. Workers don't smile or even greet you. It was literally: open windowTHROW FOOD OUT AT MESLAM WINDOW CLOSED. They didn't even hand the bag to me, it was tossed out the window into my car. Last night I stopped here again on my way home. I thought "it's been years, maybe they've improved?" First: while attempting to place my order: the lady barely understood english, was rude and cocky. After she FINALLY understood "number 3" (my order), I pulled up to get harrassed by a guy standing at the second window trying to sell me some ripped off phone chargers while i attempted to give my card to the window. Second: her attitude was VERY rude at the window. Whoever is managing here is not doing their job. Clean this place up! Teach your employees manners. Get them to understand english if they're taking orders. Get the bum salesmen off your property or at least keep them away from standing at the second window! This place has really let itself go. And that's from a McDonalds, a place that doesnt really seem to have a high standard in the first place. I was forced to use a self serve terminal instead of being able to tell my order to a human. You would think this is to ensure mistakes do not occur from not understanding what the customer wants, but I guess not. I clearly put on my order that I did not want onion, lettuce, or any sauce other then ketchup. The receipt printed in with those instructions and I went to the counter to pay. The cashier was dealing with an elderly man at this point, trying to force him to use the terminal. What kind of place forces elderly to serve themselves with technology they are not familiar with. We only want to place an order, pay, and be on with our day. I was left waiting for at least two minutes while this cashier forced this man to order a salad on the terminal. Anytime the cashier had trouble, she ignored me and playfully called her manager or higher ups to help her. They did not regard me as a customer, but a problem that they were trying to solve. This place could care less about how to interact with other human beings and customers of their food and service. After all that was said and done, they some how managed to mess up my order by putting onions, lettuce, and pickles. Just the cherry on top. This has to be the worst place in south...
