McDonald's — Restaurant in Phoenix

Worst McDonald's experience I've ever had. I ordered it for curbside and a potato truck was blocking all of the curbside parking!! So then we went inside to ask them for the order and they didn't even try to help us get our order. They just asked if we were going to order and when we said no we're here for curbside and we couldn't get it so we needed help, they just said "ok". We were hoping they would try and get it for us but they just ignored us. Then they came back to us like 8 minutes later and asked us what the code was. And we didn't get one because it was supposed to be by name. Now we're they understaffed? Yes, and I honestly feel bad for the girl because she couldn't help people try to order at the counter because she said she wasn't trained as a cashier or whatever they are called. And so I will give them that, but no one else tried to help her at all and they had like 3 people on break just sitting there on their phone. Those people were trained in that field and just pretended it didn't happen. Now at this point it has been 17 minutes and the poor girl was still on her own. Now I felt bad but I was getting a little frustrated because I had to be at work in 3 minutes and my co-workers wanted food. I ended up having to leave with no food and no update because once I left it had been 23 MINUTES! SO I got no food, and I lost 20+ dollars. And no one even said anything about it they just watched us leave. I still feel bad for that...

Had a real big issue with the I still had like 30 minutes before it closes vat19 area as I approached the window knock on the door the manager told me they were closed and a person had just barely walked out and all I told him was I just need to fix my order and then he told me to go around through the drive-thru window and I told the manager how do you want me to go to the drive-through with the skateboard he keeps moving his finger around like go to the drive-thru and kept on talking on his phone so I went to the drive to and made a big deal about it because they didn't want to exchange my burger cuz I was on a skateboard the long story short this McDonald establishment sucks real bad if you want to dine-in stablish with a bunch...

I'm reviewing the McDonald's thats inside the Walmart. We went to this location at 8:40 pm and ordered our food. They blocked off the lobby so you couldn't sit down and eat. I asked if they were closing at 9?! The guy said they didn't close till 10:30 but they wanted to leave then and not have to clean up later so they were closing the lobby so they could clean up early. He let us sit down but while we were eating, an employee literally came and started sweeping UNDER our table!
