Uber Eats/Doordash drivers BEWARE! When I got there today at around 12:20pm to pick up an order, the one guy was in the middle of making someone else's order, I waited 5 minutes until he was free. I was next in line and there was another customer that had arrived after me, I told him I had a delivery order and he said he needed to help the other customer in line before making my order so it would take 10 minutes. I said: But I am first in line. And he said he needed to take the other person's order anyway. I understand it's only him working but the way he insisted he had to help someone else before me looked so bad especially because the other customer was black so it felt like discrimination against me and favoritism towards the other person. REPEATEDLY, markedly the WORST nekter location in the valley by a country mile. Always short on items; always closed early / off times. This place is literally 0-4. Given them FOUR separate chances and exactly none of the visits were the orders fulfilled 100% correctly. We’re not talking about any “extras” nor “substitutions / special orders.” They can’t fulfill their own menu as ingredients (bananas, strawberries, blueberries, açaí, mangoes, bowl bases, etc) will be OUT OF STOCK for WEEKS AT A TIME. I visited this location during their regular hours, expecting to place an order in person. However, I was told they were only accepting online orders. When I asked why, I was informed they were out of a lot of items, though the drink I wanted didn’t appear to be unavailable. I asked if I could place an online order from my phone while in the store, and the employee, rather than being helpful, rolled her eyes and reluctantly said, “Sure.”
