Update from my previous 5star review.
Well my family and I were regulars and came often until our experience yesterday afternoon at lunch time. (2-23-2019 @ 11:44am)
The man who walks around arrogantly without a name tag like he owns the place in the photo below, threw ranch dressing at me and the containers exploded on my tray again with the pictures enclosed, some even landed on my nice shirt, I’m telling you it was borderline assault! I’m still flabbergasted by the whole event and his actions were uncalled for.
My family ordered $25 worth of food, and he puts one ranch dressing container on the tray.
I asked him very politely,
“could I please have more because I use it for my burger and fries, just maybe two or three extra”...
he opens up the ranch drawer below the counter and unloads it full speed, throwing at least 15 to 20 ranch dressing containers at me and says “here!” very rudely
“you want ranch, take it all! take all the ranch, you can have it!”
I was shocked, I took the order of food back to the table to my family. I assumed he thought I was going to waste the ranch dressing, so I pulled out a five dollar bill out of my pocket and went up to him and said..
“excuse me, please do not ever throw ranch dressing at me again,” and I left the 5$
he picked up and threw the five dollar bill back at me and said
“You asked for it, you asked for ranch and you got it, you got what you deserved”..
I own a very profitable business and if I acted this childish I would lose customers instantly.
I recall being in the restaurant a few weeks ago and they had a broken front door and they could not explain to me how the glass door got broken, but now I assume that maybe this guy ticked off the wrong person in the past with his childish behavior and that’s possibly why the glass door was broken, idk but it sure makes sense to me.
I’m sure the security footage in the restaurant will clearly show him unloading his ranch at me at full speed, if somebody could please take a look at that, you’ll see that I am not lying.
Unless corporate calls me to resolve this situation where I never have to deal with this man again, (maybe he’s put out of the customer service areas and sight), I will never be back to this restaurant until then.
The moral of the story is, he can sleep with his ranch dressing if he loves it so much, it’s supposed to be free and I don’t deserve to be treated like that, even after I offered to pay for it! I still gave the cashier the money that he refused to except.
The cashier apologized I told her to keep the five, I believe it’s her father and I feel terrible she has to deal with a man like that in her life.. how...
Read moreThis is a great place for a burger and fries if you are looking for a fast casual or take out meal. The quality is top notch and the strawberry limeade is a favorite. The customer service at this particular location is lacking however.
We frequently visit this establishment. Today, we went there for a dine in meal and ordered two #1 meals. This is a pretty simple order but the cashier still read it back THREE TIMES. Instead of repeating two #1 meals, however, She read the order back but listed everything separately. I replied it was correct after which she went back and put everything in the computer again (I’m not sure why she put everything in separately instead of hitting the meal twice but who am I to tell her how to do her job?).
I went ahead and paid and as soon as my receipt came up she said “oh I forgot to charge you for a fry”. I waited a second to see how she would respond to HER MISTAKE (on an extremely simple order) and she said “I need to charge you again for the fry”.... I asked her why it wasn’t charged since she read it back to me three times as two fries and she still insisted she charge me. I told her this was her mistake (which if she had ANY customer service training she would have known) and walked away.
When my girlfriend went up to ask the other person working about this issue (since the one who took our order clearly didn’t know what she was doing) the girl told her that she was the manager and listened to her explain the situation. I assumed the issue was solved... we sat down and waited.
THEN, when I went up to get the food, there was only one fry on the tray. I asked the girl who my girlfriend had been talking to about it and she told me that I had been charged incorrectly and would need to pay for another fry. I asked her why she was telling me this as she had just spoken to the other person I was with to which she replied, “I’m not the manager”.
SO, Person #1 messed up our order and I don’t think she knew how to use the POS system in the first place... Person #2 pretended to be a manager to one of us and then told the other she wasn’t. Person #2 still insisted we give her the $2 for the second fry.
ALL THE WHILE THE ACTUAL MANAGER (who was LISTENING TO ALL OF THIS) DIDN’T DO A THING.
I stood there until they finally gave me the other fry but I cannot believe that after THEY made a mistake, they had the AUDACITY to choose $2 over good customer service.
Absolutely pitiful. They all need customer service training. ESPECIALLY the manager who should have come over the second I was asked to be charged twice.
I will be visiting other locations...
Read moreWell, we arrived on Sunday around 5pm and the front doors were both LOCKED during business hours. We thought maybe there was another entrance so we walked around the street side of the building and then here comes an employee to unlock the doors and she said "oops sorry" umm why are the doors even locked in the first place? We walked in and that same lady then went and stood looking backwards to the kitchen. Took a few minutes for her to then turn around and acknowledge us even though she LITERALLY JUST OPENED THE DOOR FOR US. She took our order. Food took forever to come out and there was only 1 order in front of us. Even people that came in after us were going up to ask about the progress on their orders. I can't even imagine how long it takes when they are actually busy. Burger and fries were cooked good though. Onion rings were a little funky but edible. Towards the end of our meal, we went up to order a chocolate milkshake. The cashier wouldn't even take our order, she made us do it on the kiosk 2 steps away. We waited over 10 minutes for it to be done and it would of been longer if I hadn't gone up there to ask about it on our way out. It took her literally 1 minute to make. They really need to learn how to multi task in between bagging up orders.
The women's bathroom toilet didn't work, the men's bathroom had no paper towels, we had to ask to have the ketchup dispenser to be filled. Just a mess all around besides how the burgers and fries tasted. We Will most definitely go to a different location when we are...
