Five Guys — Restaurant in Phoenix

My friend and i visited this location on Sunday around 4:30pm MST. There were only two other people sitting in the lobby chatting. As My friend and I walked up to the cashier counter. A light skinned black male appeared to be using a tablet or some device, he never looked up at us or gave us a greeting. The other 3 cooks seemed to not be doing much but cleaning off the grill(from a previous order I assume). Two minutes passed and my friend took the initiative and said "HELLO" and the cashier replied "I'm busy" and I immediately interjected and said, "as a customer you could have welcomed us" or "I'll be right with you guys" or "One moment." The fact that not one single employee greeted us or asked if we could wait patiently was the worst part about our brief experience. The cashier continued to argue how he was busy and we continued to make each employee aware that there is no one else here ordering, you guys are not busy. The cashier who said he was the "manager" refused to release his name or any of the employees names. He said he didn't have to and we could leave. The cashier even threatened my friend with the police and coming around the counter to "remove us himself" This is a shame a company like Five Guys hires uneducated individuals who lack soft-people skills. I'm a foodie and I've been to countless eating establishments that deliver legendary service and if they are busy they acknowledge each customer and they make them aware of any holds, wait-times, etc. I'm a blogger so naturally I will inform my following of this bad experience. I forgot that a "regular" burger at 5 Guy's is a double meat burger! I ordered a cheeseburger, small fries, and a small coke. When I received my order, I was very pleasantly surprised! Good thing I was hungry! I truly enjoyed the food. The burger was juicy, hot, cheesy, and absolutely delicious. The fries came in their own bag because all the fries had no chance of fitting into the cup that accompanied them in the bag. There was nothing small about that order of fries.They were covered with Cajun seasoning and perfectly cooked. I loved them. I was given a regular sized glass for my coke, but with free refills, it seemed like a huge drink. To top it off, the staff was very friendly and attentive. As I was enjoying my tremendous meal, staff continually picked up my trash (lots of napkins due to a juicy burger and very seasoned fries) and always asked if I needed anything.
