I've called and called this store time and time again. I always have a problem. Today is the last time I go to any Chipotle. At this restaurant they dont listen, they are rude, and EXTREMELY pushy. I went in with my husband. I ordered 1 order of tacos and 2 bowls. As the other lady is making my 2 bowls, the other is charging my husband already. I'm trying to tell the lady what I want on each bowl. The other ones asking my husband what am I getting on my bowl, well he dosent know what me and my daughter want on our bowls... if we want guac or not ?!? My husband informs her that this location always has problems and she turned around and said your rude. We don't have to serve you. So my husband laughs and says "Ok Hilary " . He called her that because she was white and he picked a name, he is white as well. So it wasent a racial comment. She comes back with she's a Trump supporter, what the hell.... Then she says I'm not gonna serve you, so my husband said give me my money back then she gets a marker and puts a dot on the top of my bowl and tells the other girl give them there food. I said are you gonna give me a receipt, she said I already did. My hubby looks in pocket he has his change but no receipt. She gives me a receipt, I ask her for corporate # and she said you can grab it from the front of the register. What is wrong with her. If you really need your money that fast you should probley charge people first.. I've always have liked your food but the employees here are on another level.. So Informing someone of a problem an employee of yours react like that. Wow Trump supporter huh.... Well she should be ashamed of herself acting like that if she is our Presidents supporter. Smh.. Also will be posting my opinion on various platforms because I have called time and time again and absolutely nothing has been done at this store. Still same s%&/y service......
Read moreWorst location for customer service. Do not use them for catering. They are rude, unresponsive, and unapologetic. Second time using. Will not give them a third chance. I am a large order caterer customer and they will not be getting my business again. Was traveling and had to arrange for catering to be delivered before I got back to Phx. Needed to confirm a detail requested by the guests who would be eating. The location did not answer their phones from 11 a.m., up until 3:30 p.m. They post working hours but are unresponsive to phone calls during those working hours. They have a router that just allows the phone to ring and ring without picking up. It became time sensitive so I had to reach out to the corporate catering dept to reach them. This went on for over four hours. Four times corporate tried to reach the store and was unable to. My concerns had to be elevated to the regional division. Because the order was time sensitive I had to locate someone In the area to physically go to the store and confirm that they were indeed open and working on the order, as it was too late to change to a different location. When I finally got to speak directly to the manager, Fabiola, she was dismissive, she just kept repeating that she had already heard all of this from corporate and didn’t really need to be speaking to me about it. Apparently Fabiola forgot that I was the actual paying customer.

Read moreSecond visit in a row at this location where they serve you chicken that isn’t even room temperature just straight up cold. The texture is that of a chicken that was cooked to the bare minimum, it was cold super chewy and soft and it had no flavor. The beans were the main issue that I had previously, they have a tendency of not cooking the beans to serving temp, I can guarantee they are no where near 165 degrees Fahrenheit along with the chicken. The beans being undercooked leave a horrible aftertaste along with the chewy chicken. It is embarrassing that at the prices chipotle offers its food that it continues to have quality issues especially when there’s 2-3 polos on the shift? I have worked at a busier & understaffed location while manning the grill but always had the tendency to fully cook all the food that was served on the line. Oh to make things worse is I wasn’t even offered a receipt nor did I ask for it because why even bother if they can’t even swap out the receipt paper with a minimal amount of people in line. I visited at 6:20pm on 2/21, check the temps they recorded on the temp books because it is unacceptable and it is annoying that I have to sit down and eat this meal after a long day of work because I am not going to waste my team to express my anger on these kids when management can...
