The fact that they don't take any returns once a product is opened is not good. I recently purchased a product with an artificial sweetener that gave me a bad head ache. This place in no way stands by their products that they sell. If you're dissatisfied for any reason, tough luck. You open it, you own it. No exchange, no credit.
