Panda Express — Restaurant in Phoenix

Worst place ever. The potions are smaller at panda since they started using new flatware. At this location we stood in line 15 minutes before the ladies behind the counter acknowledged there was a long line. And the food was horrible. The noodles were dry and tasteless. The beef and broccoli was nasty. The beef was super dry and hard to chew. No seasoning at all so it tasted odd. The broccoli was wilted, which is weird cause I've never had broccoli taste off. The kung pao wasnt bad nor was their teriyaki chicken. We could find trays to take our food to the tables. We were not asked if we wanted soy sauce packets, which would have improved the food 10 fold. Oh, and what happened to fortune cookies? After this, ill go back to eating at my normal Chinese and pay $2 less for better food and quality. This was an experience I wish my 3 year had never gone through, and I know she will never eat there again if I'm paying. Living across the street, my girlfriend and I frequent this particular Panda Express. It is difficult to decide on an overall rating as our experience has varied depending on the time of day, week, and the staff available. We have had a couple poor experiences, but we have also had a couple fantastic experiences. They seem to be quite understaffed during the busy times, but depending on who is working, they can pull through. In particular, a chap named John has been amazing. He is extremely fast, helpful, and friendly. Other times, though, we have had to wait for nearly 10 minutes when in a line of only about five people.

All in all, I think as far as Panda Express's go, this one is pretty good. We've had far worse experiences at other locations. Rating it for what it is (a fast food restaurant), I think it...

I was provided 95 percent broccoli with 6 pieces of shredded beef. I spoke with “Kiev” who would not provide the contact info of the manager, but he states I can drive down on Monday March 1st, 2021 to discuss it with the manager. I would give this place zero stars if I could. I will contacting the corporate office on 3/1/2021. This place should go out of business. We picked up a real dinner from a different restaurant.
