Read moreIf I can give them -5 stars, I would. I am one that gives everyone and everything a chance to redeem themselves. I was here yesterday to buy the earphones. There were two boxes. One was empty and the other was used and had an EARWAX I went to the counter and asked if they had extra stock. The lady kept on insisting it is what it was meant to look like after I repeatedly told her it has earwax. She then went on to explain I have no idea what I'm talking about because this is a clearance product from the Christmas stock. WRONG. IT WAS THE ITEM FOR FEBRUARY. I know coz I go to Starbucks a lot. Then she opened it. Lo and behold the silicone cap she was talking about was not attached becuase someone stole it...still, she insisted. I told her to look closely to see the earwax. She asked what was wrong with the other box. I reminded her it was empty.
Today, I had a quick meeting and this was the midpoint. Ordered the drinks. The guy who ordered after me got his drink. So I asked where my drink was without mentioning the guy who ordered after me already got his drink. One girl responded with "mobile orders are made first". Then the dirty looks from the two blonde females and an attitude.
Went to get my refund and told the only nice staff in the crew there should be a warning when we order.
Of the number of times I have been here, this branch is consistent with slow staff, bad cs, and...
Read moreWe live in the neighborhood and enjoy walking to this location in the mornings occasionally. That was until things changed all of a sudden. My wife and I used to be greeted whenever we walked in and someone was always at the register to take our order. They all seemed friendly. Then all of a sudden it’s like they have some kind of problem with us. Nobody greets us at all (they greet everyone else, I’ve watched) and when we approach the counter, whoever is working the register has somewhere more important to be. We are never in a rush and don’t mind waiting but nobody acknowledges us at all with a “we’ll be right with you,” or anything. They all avoid eye contact and when someone finally comes to take our order it’s like we are inconveniencing them.
Like I said I’m not sure what changed. As far as we know we haven’t done anything to offend any of the employees. We are always very polite. We say please and thank you. So I’m not sure what’s going on. It’s always the same employees working. And they’re extremely nice and friendly with some customers (I’m guessing who are “regulars”) but when we walk in (I’d also consider us as “regulars”) they ignore...
