Starbucks — Restaurant in Phoenix

UPDATE: The best, nicest barista quit! She was the reason I came here. Now no one here can make a correct drink. And it smells like mold! I do not think the leader/manager here even knows how to make a drink, quite possibly never even worked in a Starbucks, tbh. This person just stands there and does absolutely nothing while the baristas are slammed with customers. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Im going back to the place I went before. Everyone here seems like they hate to be here. Just not a good experience at all. Makes my morning Joe so unsatisfying. I like to start my day with a happy, pick me up. Not a depressing kick in the gut. Sheesh!

There is the friendliest barista here, Zoe. My coffees are always perfectly prepared and with delight. She is a blessing to this location. Im thinking about changing my current daily Starbucks...

Very bad experience ! Stopped with the my little girl asked for 1 mocha without cream and one kids milk with cream The lady gave us wrong orders and she was not welling to correct my mocha by taking of the cream instead she said it’s comes with webcream standard!! Then I had to throw the cream away and asked her to level the amount for what was taking space by the cream!! And she didn’t want to add the missing amount!!

Also we found human and pets hair in the mixing sticks it was very bad and dirty!

I had to ask for something to mix my 3/4 left !!

It’s not clean store!!

So I'm a Uber eats delivery driver and usually like to be in and out with an order but they were super busy so I waited no big deal. The lady making the coffees called my order so I went to go grab it and she said with like a little snookie attitude oh it's a delivery well I have to bag it up even tho the first thing she asked me when I walked in was are you here for a delivery order. Then she ask can someone help me bag delivery orders. The whole time I was waiting 2-3 employees were standing there talking not helping at all. I ended up canceling the delivery.. wouldn't recommend...
