So I normally have had decent service here. I ordered one pizza and bread sticks. Told wait will be 15 minutes. 50 minutes later I went to the counter even though I'd been waiting in the lobby the whole time. Guy asked what my order is. I told him. He brings me the pizza and no apologies. I ask for ranch and he charges me for it. Whatever. Wasn't in an argumentive mood or one of those people that wants something free. I get home which is literally less than a mile away. My pizza is cold when I open the box. I call and was respectfully saying I was just there and waited way longer than you told me it would be. I didn't argue when I was there over anything. So I call and the guy on the phone says I can't do anything about that. I said no discount on a future order? He says nope. I said is there a supervisor to speak to? He says nope and hangs up on me. Never getting a pizza from them again in my life. And I have to suggest no one else does when this is the kind of service this place will hand out to someone who previously would frequent their business. One may not matter but this person I dealt with works there regularly. And I can only imagine the service he can provide if this happens to anyone else. And I swear on my grave that I was respectfully speaking and making a...

Yo, lemme put y’all on real quick — I slid through Pizza Patrón on 36th & Van Buren, and man, it was fire! Right when I walked in, Nayda at the front had that big smile, real firme energy — like, she ain’t just working, she’s reppin’ the spot with pride. Mad props to her!
Service? On point. Food? Smackin’. Vibe? Straight chill.
I ordered my pie and boom — came out hot and quick, no laggin’ around. That crust had the crispy on the edge, fluffy in the middle type feel — and the toppings? Stacked up like a lowrider in a car show.
But frfr… Nayda was the real MVP. She made sure everything was right, double-checked my order, and even threw in that good vibe like we knew each other from the block or somethin’. That’s customer service with corazón.
If you’re in Phoenix and sleepin’ on this spot, WAKE UP. Pull up, grab a slice, and if Nayda’s workin’, tell her she’s doin’ it RIGHT.
Gracias, Pizza Patrón. I’ll def be back con la familia next round!

Read moreDon’t know if the location at 36th&mcdowell in Pheonix changed ownership but today when I went in,first I had to wait longer than expected because they were busy. Then when I get my usual pizza,it’s made wrong.i was patient thru the whole experience until the girl working there today who claimed to be a manager, told me..the paying customer, that my pizza was fine the way she has it made&saw nothing wrong with topping my pizza after it was cooked with ingredients that should’ve been on the pizza when it was cooked. Not only that.it was not prepped right.nobody eats cilantro stems on their pizza but this so called manager saw nothing wrong with it and swore it was the pizza patron way.pretty much told me I was tweaking for telling her how it was made every other time I ordered it.she would not let up about the pizza being made the way it should be made after I told her several times it wasn’t.Then she had the audacity to get an attitude because I was pissed.Started talking about how she would give it to a homeless person who would...
