Hate to say it but seems to be some employees that take a different tone and approach when serving someone that does not look like them..I live walking distance.( I have been an extreme Starbucks enthusiast for over a decade and have been to many locations across the country. I waited until I had 5 or more poor experiences consecutively at this location before writing this review. )They are very slow whether you go in or drive thru especially in the morning. They are often talking amongst themselves rather than attending to the customer to speed things up, and seem to be apathetic. They dont take the care other locations do to make the drink taste consistent, not using proper measurements just throwing something in the cup without any regard and you can taste it. So for $5+/cup it shouldn't taste like something you could of made for a few cents at home. I Door Dash part time so I was waiting for my shift to start and got a drink here on Thanksgiving. The Male employee tried to act as if he didn't see me when I came up to the counter, he was almost hiding crouching behind the bakery display case. I had to greet him, he frowns up, and reluctantly stands to take my order. Never even looks up at me, clearly letting it be known he does NOT want to be bothered or interrupted from his task of cleaning the display case. He quickly takes my money then goes immediately back to cleaning the case. The 2 other female employees continue to talk about their plans, their weekends, anything but making my coffee. There was nobody else in the store, no other orders, not even a mobile order, and none of the 3 employees even started making my simple iced coffee drink. I sit down for 9 minutes when I finally just proactively walk up to the pickup side ..the employees continue their conversation ignoring me..1 takes the time to do a drive thru order preparing 3 drinks for the car that arrived over 10 minutes after me. I have to ask for my drink again. By shouting over the counter..the girl acts as if this is all brand new and I have to tell her what my order was, iced coffee with caramel. It was a cup full of ice and milk, no coffee no caramel, no care , absolutely not worth the price. Not even a thank you. Just quickly pushing the half-a$sed drink across the counter and immediately pivoting to continue the personal conversation. If all the employees on any shift have the same "why are you here bothering me" attitude this let's me know the problem is with the management. Whoever is "in charge " made this ok. Very sad when you have plenty of coffee houses and competition all around even Grind House in the same parking lot. Read moreI used to be a regular at this Starbucks. Would come 5 sometimes 7 days a week and this started at the end of 2019 and at first everything was great. The staff was always friendly and new me by name and would have my drink ready before I even ordered, they always had everything we wanted and were never out of anything!! Come the end of 2020 I stopped coming to this location for 2 specific reasons. 1 they started hiring new staff who were just absolutely down right rude and not friendly at all, and 2 every single time I come to this location they are ALWAYS out of something. They still have some of the employees working that worked there when I first started coming here and they are still AMAZING and go absolutely above and beyond! And I will say some of the new employees are just as amazing. But there are a few who ruin it for everyone. And I know it’s not the employees fault if they run out of products, but you would think that if you are ALWAYS out of the same thing you would change your inventory to order more of that specific item. It makes me sad because my family and I love this location and it has just been a complete let down the last few times I have tried...
Read moreI am a regular here but quickly learned that the afternoon staff are awful. I informed the morning staff of an error with my drink in the afternoon and they quickly compensated without me asking. I had several people checking my Machiatto and it was clear that espresso wasn't there. It was milk and Carmel. It remained milky white. I visited this afternoon and saw the same staff that had been there when the drink was made and let them know what happened. (Since I had just picked up an order for myself and a coworker) and they rejected what I said ..as if i lied. Mind you.. I already paid and had my items and was clearly not trying to get anything free. I was on my way out and it crossed my mind. I was grabbing napkins and straws and they continued to mock me to each other. It was uncalled for and definitely a huge eye opener. I am never rude or impolite. I always enjoy my time there but I will NEVER go in the afternoon again.
