Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Phoenix

I placed an order over the phone. I get to the store and check my food prior to leaving and my order is wrong. They gave me the wrong wings and they didn’t give me my regular order of fries. I informed the gentleman up front and he read the order back to me. I kindly informed him that the order he read was incorrect and he said “well we didn’t take the order in store so we can’t fix it and you have to call the number back that you called to place the order”. “I asked well how is that supposed to help me?” He just said there is nothing he could do. I get back home and call the number (which is the actual stores number but I guess it routes to a call center if the store doesn’t answer). The call center answers again and says “ I’m sorry for your troubles, I will have to route you to the store, we just take the orders”. Of course she transfers me and no one answers. It’s upsetting that I had to pay for the wrong order and then no one is willing to take responsibility for the mistake. I feel disillusioned by the treatment I received, and this experience has left me hesitant to return to this establishment...

I have ordered from Pizza Hut, in Northern California, for years. Always great. I have ordered from this location 3 times. I order extra cheese, every time. I can see the dough, which also has no sauce. I thought it was just a fluck, and the employees were just not on their game, so I tried one more time. Again same thing. There Isn’t even enough cheese for a pizza without extra being paid for. Last night, I tried for the last time, and there was a piece with 1 pepperoni, and the rest of the pieces had very little. The rest of the pizzat only 2 or 3 of the toppings. I ordered a large pizza with 8 toppings, and extra cheese. You don’t get what you pay for, at this location. Very disappointed, and will never visit this location. Save yourself from this horrible pizza, and don’t try...

Ordered a dinner box(incl pizza breadsticks And cinnasticks) and a meat lovers melt for delivery. Waited over an hour and 15 min for food to arrive and when it did they did not have the melt. Another 40 minutes later (and 22 minutes spent on hold just to be hung up on) the melt finally shows up...and only had 6 pieces of Pepperoni total. No other meat at all. Was really looking forward to this location opening since we haven't been able to order pizza hut for years due to their not being one that services our address. This experience was disappointing to say the least. Guess it's back to papa...
