Simply asked for drip coffee over ice. “We’re not allowed to”… could charge extra for it , I don’t care. I just prefer this because it has a lower ph and more acidic profile closer to hot coffee than cold brew (too mellow) and a more balanced flavor than espresso. It’s basic science, it’s not hard to fulfill this request, at all. Bought the drip coffee and went home to make it into an iced beverage myself.
