Jamba — Restaurant in Phoenix

We were excited about the new place opening closer to home. Taking my teens there is a treat. So our very first experience there at the New Jamba Juice was not good. We order 3 drinks it comes out to about 19 dollars and some change.(not including gratuity) I go to pay with a 50 dollar and the girl at the register says "We dont take anything over a 20." Well that's dumb! I get it if my order was $5. She didn't say she didn't have change, just that they don't take anything over a $20 bill. So much for supporting our New Jamba Juice. So clearly we walked out. We walked over to Starbucks we order 2 drinks 11.20 and they took my $50 dollar bill. It just didn't make any sense to me, and well it didnt make any cents for Jamba Juice.😂...

Ever since I returned back to the office in January (2025) I have visited Jamba on 7thAve & Osborn a handful of times. Trinity has had the same upbeat attitude that is needed most mornings for us ALL. One day I ordered an item that has bananas and you guys were all out, she offered a substitute item and promised it would taste the same... AND IT DID! She knows her job and the menu well you can see the confidence she has moving around in the kitchen. She reminded me about rewards and suggested that I got the app for points and other offerings! I went hear before starting my Sunday walk, but my special moment was almost ruined by this place. I came in and there were two people at the counter. After taking orders before me, they both walked away when I stepped up to the register. When they came back they took the family who came after me who had about six orders. Then once my smoothie was made they sat it on the counter like I was not even there waiting for it. The smoothie was good, but the customer service was horrible.
