DO NOT COME HERE. By far the worst experience I’ve had in a nail salon in years. The girl who did my nails was probably 20 at most and completely ruined my nails. Took her an hour to soak off my previous SNS, then she used glitter powder instead of SNS powder as dip. She didn’t figure it out until she was filing them and they started peeling off. Additionally, she was using her fingers to tap on the powder, instead of a brush. I’ve never seen anything like it. I switched to dip on my natural nails to save time. She proceeded cut my short nails into the worst coffin shape ever, making it look like my nails had broken. Everyone knows you don’t cut short nails into coffin shape. Her mother took over, apologized, and offered to give me tips for free, seeing how bad my natural nails looked. I agreed, then she said due to the length I wanted, they would be $10 extra. (See photos, not long at all) So the free tips suddenly were not an option, unless I came back next time. I accepted the extra cost knowing it was her tip. Paid $50 for the worst 3 hours I’ve had to endure in a while.

Update: 2 weeks later and 2 nails have broken and the rest are lifting. Normally my sets last me 4 weeks. The nails that broke off you can see the natural nails were filed wayyy too much. It looks like I did my...

I was a repeat customer but after my experience yesterday, I will not be returning. I came in early morning and asked if they would be available for a nail fill in 30 minutes they said yes. On my return I sat down and was in the middle of having my nails filled when another customer came in who did not have an appointment . My nail tech stopped in the middle of doing my nails and preceded to do a gel manicure for the lady who just walked in. I sat there for 40 plus minutes while she finished her nails. I also noticed she gave the women a full hand and arm massage which, In all of my times coming in I have not received. I thought maybe she would do the same for me today to make up for the blatant disrespect. She did not. I had just come off night shift (which she was aware of) so I was already extremely tired. I felt extremely disrespected and will not be back. Somehow I even ended up tipping over 20%. So if anyone has any recommendations of a better salon nearby that actually respects their clients,...

I took 80 year old lady that's a friend of mine she never had a pedicure she didn't really need a pedicure but she needed was to have her nails cut cuz she's older and she doesn't like people messing with her skin it's sensitive. And I know they used to doing the routine of a pedicure cuz that's what they do but she already knew not to do that and she still would forget and kept messing with their feet and then she was hurting her and wasn't very cold but all she did was was cut her nails and and kind of cleaned up her feet a little bit but that was all that's all she wanted and they still charged me $26 for that which is really outrageous to cut her nails I used to like to go there and I'll see the same lady there that used to be there so I guess they've changed in some kind of way anyway be safe if you go there make sure...

Great pedis, friendly staff and affordable. Plus, $5 add-ons that are great. Ex: callus remover, sea scrub, hot towel, etc. #1 package $20 includes basic and hot towels. #2 package $30 includes basic, callus remover and sea scrub. There is also a third package. It only costs $5 for (2) painted designs. (Flowers) It is a nice place. It recently moved next door to the subway because Peter Piper took the salon's old location. My sister recently got her nails and feet done here. For her nails: she got the fake nails put on. They were done earlier in the week. They still look wonderful and lasted through an orchastra concert (her playing the violin). So, I don't know why people gave bad reviews. My sister, my dad's girlfriend and I have been coming to this location for over a year and had only the best experience from this nail salon.

Poor service and quality. Never have I experienced such unsanitary and rude service. These are my nails the day after. Peeled and no effort in presentation/quality— which I let slide until I noticed the peeling and went back the next day and politely requested a refund for my mani only (I also got a pedi). They wanted to give me $7 back. I took my L but they lost what could’ve been a loyal customer. Also, if you pay close attention they use the same tools for all customers and don’t follow sanitation protocols and procedures.
