Well I went over there to buy me a small slush so I pushed the red button is started blinking them I noticed it turned off I pushed it again . Out there in this heat for about 15 min my blinking light turned off again I'm like what do they want money. So I pushed it again. After about 20 min a car came and parked on my right side . They pushed the button . We're both waiting, and guess what they got to make a order . About 5 mins they got their order mine ain't blinking anymore by this time it's about 40 mins nobody answered me so I said heck with it I'll go to another stall. As I started putting out they answered I tried to pull in fast enough but when I called to them they hung up. Smh , so I said I'm going to another stall . Went to another one and pushed the button again , I really didn't want the slush anymore but my daughter wanted something from there. So we wait after about 5 min they answered we were there about an hour . I was so mad them I look at the wall in front of me to see a water faucet and it had a lock on it, Why??? Arizona is so very hot why would Sonic do that , people that are homeless can't buy water be nice sonic and take that lock off somebody may need water for their radiator . Or just to fill a water bottle with life saving water . I'm sorry but this place really disappointed me . Service was inexcusable and locked up water faucet was the cherry on the top . Oh I also had to ask for a cherry in our drinks and they charged me .30 cents for one drink and .5 cents for the other drink .Weren't they always free in each drink dang I didn't think they were gonna charge me . But oh well I'm not gonna die for 35 cents . Shame on you sonic for charging us for a cherry you used to...
Read moreI recently visited Sonic Drive Thru and overall, I had a great experience. The food was delicious, the service was friendly and efficient, but I have to admit, I was a bit disappointed with the iced coffee.
Let's start with the positives. The food at Sonic Drive Thru is always a hit for me. The burgers were juicy and flavorful, the fries were crispy and hot, and the onion rings were a perfect balance of crunchy and savory. I was also impressed with the prompt and friendly service from the staff. They took my order quickly and delivered it to my car with a cheerful attitude. The whole process was smooth and convenient.
However, when it came to the iced coffee, I was a bit let down. I ordered a large iced coffee with cream and sugar, but when I took my first sip, I noticed that it tasted watered down. The coffee flavor was weak and lacked the boldness I was expecting. It was a bit disappointing because I usually enjoy the iced coffee at Sonic, but this time it didn't quite meet my expectations.
Despite the issue with the iced coffee, I still appreciate the effort put into making the drinks at Sonic Drive Thru. The presentation was appealing, and the cream and sugar were mixed well, but the lack of robust coffee flavor was a drawback for me.
Overall, I would still recommend Sonic Drive Thru for its delicious food and excellent service. If you're a fan of their burgers, fries, and onion rings, you won't be disappointed. However, if you're looking for a strong and bold iced coffee, you may want to give it a pass or ask for extra coffee flavoring. I hope Sonic can improve their iced coffee in the future, but I will definitely be back for their other...
Read moreSince I've gotten some dental work done I'm having problems eating the same foods I always liked, but yout Chili cheese dogs have been one if my mainstays in my diet at least once a week or more. The last few times I ordered them the chili has been having less and less put on them. The store on Greenway play near 7th st in Phoenix and Greenway at 40th I kid you not didnt even have a tablespoon of chili on them. I stopped going to both locations and have since moved. Tonight I decided to try them again and a different location on Baseline and 48th st. I even asked this time for a little extra chili bd there was barely any chili on them. That's a lot of money for less then a tablespoon of chili. So I'd say the last 6 or 7 times has been terrible. I'm sorry but I dont think I'll be ordering them anymore or anything else on the menu. I was very happy when you brought the stores out to Calif but I dont see myself going back. I'm living alone and est out at least once a day or more. I would appreciate a refund or coupons for some food in the future if I ever eat at your stores in again which I wont unless you send me something. I dont know how much chili is supposed to be on the hotdogs but I'm sure I should be able to at least taste it. I'm talking several choli dogs, not just a few but well...
